There are spacious courtyards with many different chill out areas around the pool. Garage space for two cars. Situated in central Granada, it is a 5 minutes walk from main square.

Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from Marina Cocibolca and 10 min from the colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and fruit trees and has and a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. Swim, kayak, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Transportation at check in and out is included. Extra transportation is $6 round trip. There are 3 restaurants right there at the port.

Waterfront property located at Laguna de Apoyo. Relax in the infinity pool or take a swim in the lake where you will find hot thermals nearby. 2 kayaks & 24 hour security. High speed wireless network and cable TV. Separate A/C units are in each bedroom. Due to extremly high cost of electricity, the price includes A/C from 10pm to 7am. Additional A/C service is $20/day. There is a casita also located on the property that is occupied at times with shared driveway access.

Casa Smart was the biggest challenge in terms of planning, although it is the smallest of our houses. How small can a house be and still look great? Apparently we have managed to find the right proportion...because Casa Smart is highly appreciated by our guests. Perhaps it is due to the "tree house character" that has arisen from the fact that Casa Smart can be completely opened on the upper floor with shutters. So you can look directly into the treetops from the big bed.
