Great location in the heart of El Caracol en José Ignacio. We had a more than wonderful stay.

Great host with a beautiful, private, clean home – wish we could have stayed longer! Amenities are sparse though, so be sure to bring your own toiletries (including extra toilet paper), shampoos, etc...

The house is in very good condition and is as it is published in the photos, complete equipment and everything working ok. Gabriela is a genius, very helpful and always attentive to everything. Highly recommended

We loved our stay at Anne's place. It's perfect for two couples since it has two bathrooms. We loved that there are two patios, one for the morning coffee and asado, and the other for evening cocktails and watching the stars. Highly recommended!

the cottage is very nice with everything you need to have a good time. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The stove works perfect and gets quite warm. It's the same property with three casitas that share common spaces.

The experience was beautiful! The place is incredible, the surroundings, La Paz, the sound of silence, far from everything but at the same time close by car to the village, wineries. The house had everything and in perfect condition. The facilities. We'll be back for sure ! Check-in is autonomous and very easy. The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view of the balcony is equally spectacular. P who has the mood and likes a walk the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to lodging... but by car they are 5 minutes and really easy to get.. The only negative aspect is that if another guest baths in the other suite at the same time the water is so weak that it has to wait to finish the bath... But this is irrelevant given all the rest that the lodging provides... I will come back for sure.

A divine place to be in peace. The surroundings and the view are spectacular. The house is practical and has everything you need, decorated with very good taste. We'll be back.

I was with my wife for 30 days. On the day of arrival we met Paola who was leaving everything impeccable, and she told us about the operation of each thing in the house. We take all-day walks with peace of mind thanks to the security of the cameras and alarm. The beach is one block away. It coincided with my birthday and Randy surprised me with a postcard and a bottle of good wine. Three days after I arrived at the house, he texted me to see if we were having a good time. When we couldn't connect the phone to the Smart TV, he offered to pay for two or three days until we sorted it out; but it wasn't necessary. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Excellent host, so much so that God willing we plan to return.

Everything was excellent. They communicated with me and gave me clear instructions, they went to receive me, everything barbaric. The casita is in an incredible point steps from Jose Ignacio beach, the neighborhood is very quiet and an excellent view from the living room. To keep in mind for other guests if their idea is to sleep in the morning, the sun comes in very early in the morning in summer, although the windows have curtains. I highly recommend the place. It is ideal for those who work remotely, very comfortable. I will be back.

Clean, cozy, unbeatable location!

Everything was amazing and magical! The house is perfect, the bathroom outside was clean and relaxing, the space nearby is spacious and quiet. We rested as much as possible. For me, this is probably the most recommended accommodation in recent years! ❤️❤️❤️

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming guest house in La Juanita this past Saturday and it was beautiful! The location is great—just 8 minutes by car from José Ignacio and only two blocks from the beach. It’s incredibly easy to find and perfect for a tranquil getaway. The house itself is thoughtfully decorated, with very nice details and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable. The peaceful atmosphere was a highlight—I couldn’t hear any neighbors and slept wonderfully, accompanied only by the soothing sound of crickets. Ana Ines has even thought about the mosquitoes so there is everything you need to protect you from them :P The amenities are excellent, including a microwave, kettle, oven, coffee machine, and a small fridge. Towels and bed sheets were provided, which made the stay even more convenient. There’s also a lovely outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing or enjoying an asado.

Very nice house with a sea view. We loved it! We really enjoyed it. It was cold, but between the air conditioning and the fire, the house warmed up quite well! Recommended!

Super peaceful place! Perfect to disconnect from everything… Well furnished and equipped, super clean and beautiful surroundings!! Tania was a perfect host :) I would suggest going with an suv or similar car!
