Loft distributed in one space with living room- kitchen, bed-mezzanine very spacious and (Bed-sofa), bathroom and a terrace surrounded by garden full of trees, Barbaque...The Loft is attached to our house (but totally independent).

This is a complete apartment, located in the basement of my house, a minimalist house with a garden, with which it only shares access through the hall. When you enter the apartment, with a key, you do not share any room with anyone and you can fully enjoy a magnificent living room-kitchen of almost 50 m, with sofa beds, pool table, a double bedroom, a bathroom and an English patio with artificial grass of 21 m and lots of light.

They also have access to the villa's swimming pool and jacuzzi (optional extra).
