La Mimbrera is the ideal place to spend a quiet vacation. The Mimbre apartment is located on the first floor of the building, with a total of two bedrooms (one with a toilet), a full bathroom, a living/dining room and a kitchen. This architectural brainchild (SpronkenHouse) of sculptor Xander Spronken is one of the 2 art houses amidst the lush hills of Castellon, located on a private estate of 10 hectares with almond and olive trees, (only 35 minutes from the sea). On a 3,000m2 farm, "La Lomica", surrounded by olive trees, 500m from the village of Ladruñán in an old farmhouse that has been restored and refurbished for housing. I have set up a living room, kitchen and three bedrooms for the exclusive use of guests, all with their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed. The Guadalope River and the Santolea reservoir are 3 km from the property
