Tiny House Apartment

It’s a beautiful small space, 100 square feet, with high ceiling, and ceiling fan. It has everything you need in a small space just like a tiny house, kitchen, shower, twin bed, small closet, table and chair for dining or work, smart tv snd it’s own air conditioning. It has lots of storage in kitchen cabinets, closet, drawyers and under the bed. Kitchen has sink, microwave, mini frig, and electric hot plate. So why is such a beautiful, comfortable space such a low price? Because it does not have a regular toilet. It has a porta potty , which functions the same. You sit, you go, you flush. There is no odor and we empty it regularly. It slides into the cabinet, out of sight. Guests will enjoy shaded outdoor patio, which may be shared with other guests in the other apartment.

Great, convenient stay. We were in town for a family party and Clarissa’s place was conveniently located near the party venue, but also well situated for easy access to our family’s homes and other places we visited during our stay. Check in and out were seamless. The place was very clean and cozy and the neighborhood is quiet. My partner, dogs and I felt very at home here! We definitely recommend this place for your stay in the mission/mcallen area and we will absolutely be booking again in the future.

Very nice RV/camper. Sleep Number bed! In a retirement community. Surrounding people were friendly. We had an odd humming noise like a jammed motor. I mentioned it and it was fixed that day. No other issues. Owner and peeps texted us every couple of days to make sure everything was good. We traveled to visit father in law who’s a Winter Texan. Lots of walking trails. Butterfly center was nice - lots more birds than butterflies in March. Excellent value for the money. Would come back again.
