Pet-friendly holiday rentals in La Gaspara

This lovely and unique cottage was perfect for the two of us for a week in November. We were able to sit around the pool at times and really enjoyed the outside seating area which overlooked the courtyard with trees and birdlife. 🥰enormous wide double bed..We loved Bologna Beach, beautiful sand with dunes at the end, and just a handful of people around. The kite surfing along this coastline at other beaches was spectacular, we have never seen anything like it. An enormous thank you to Frank the owner who assisted me in getting my phone back when I lost it inTarifa. We flew LHR/Gibraltar airport with BA and this meant we had to cross the border into Spain to collect our car hire which was straightforward, but a bit unusual for us. We stopped at Mercadona supermarket en route, as we were not within walking distance of any restaurants, and stocked up with food incl. eggs, bacon, tortillas, salad, bulgar and dips, and this all came in very handy indeed for very relaxing evening meals

A wonderful stay in this beautiful house that has lovely features everywhere you look. It is very peaceful, just the sound of the local donkeys, goats and horses. With picturesque views of the mountains, the pool was perfect and a great size. Our daughter loved visiting the horses and the sweet cat that would visit us daily. Manuel, Plàcido and Antonio were all very friendly, and the home-grown fruit, veg and eggs delivery was so thoughtful. Gaucín is a very pretty town, and the local restaurants are within easy walking distance. We hope to come back!

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

Andrew's place was fantastic, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many in many countries. It was spacious, well equipped with everything we needed. Excellent location, and Andrew and his support people were very responsive to our needs.We really enjoyed our stay.

10min walk to the beach, close to excellent restaurants! Grocery store is right there. Beautiful view from the rooftop patio! Kitchen was well stocked!

Samia was warm, friendly, helpful and extremely responsive from the moment we booked our first air BnB holiday abroad! Her beautiful home is very comfortable and homely with modern furnishings and a lovely open plan living space. The terrace was a peaceful haven and was a lovely outdoor space to relax in. The pool and surrounding stunning gardens were a joy. The children especially loved the pool and it was easy to watch them playing in a safe environment whilst we could enjoy the sun beds. The area is a peaceful location and we enjoyed exploring mainly on foot, walking to the centre of Puerto Banus (about 25 mins) and also visiting the Arena area for some good food and the market on the Saturday. Our trips to Marbella by bus and to Estapona were also wonderful! Thank you again for a lovely relaxing holiday Samia! 🪷🌊😎

We traveled with two teenagers who enjoyed having their own space. Beds were comfortable; clean throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful pool overlooking the sea with an easy access walking path that leads you to local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Only about 20 minute drive to Marbella.

Truly wonderful location, a unique spot in a tiny village inside a castle on top of a hill. Beautiful scenery, lovely cozy house very well equipped. The house is on two floors, with a terrace on top. Once you climb to the top the scenery is beautiful. The house is perfect for a few days in a beautiful quite place, there's a kitchen so you can cook yourself. The town is really small but there's a very nice restaurant and one wonderful cafè. Very good experience, recommended.

great accommodation, fantastic terraces/pool and view. it had everything we need and more. easy walking to restaurants and bars. it was very very cold indoors the first night so we had to utilize the electric heaters, it took 24 hours to heat to a comfortable temp but tripped the electricity off numerous times. All in all a fabulous stay, you won't be disappointed

Lovely large apartment nicely decorated and comfortable bed. Kelly and Carl were very helpful when the tv did not work and we ended up with a new 65 inch smart tv which was great. The building is bery close to bars and restaurants. Unfortunarely the apartment has a small terrace that doesnt get any sun all day in March but may get it in the summer. This apartment would be ideal for 4 to 6 people as it has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Roger and Marie-Claude are the most charming hosts . Location is excellent with wonderful views. We were attracted to the outside spaces and swimming pool which didn't disappoint.

we had a very pleasant stay in David's place last week. The apartment has everything you need and very comfortable. Great satellite TV with all our favourite English TV stations. Close to some bars and restaurants. There is a Lidl only a few 100 meters down the road, and David even provided a shopping trolley on wheels. What more could you ask for. I would have no hesitation in recommending David's place, a very good choice.

Maria is a charming host, sparkling with energy and dynamism, very responsive and available with always wise advice on places to visit or restaurants to frequent. We had a fantastic time at Monica’s apartment! The location was excellent. Walking distance to the beach and a number of brilliant restaurants. The apartment was like a home from home with toiletries etc provided which was an amazing touch. Will be back very soon! Laura x

Very good experience, very well located and easy access, the owner is a very good person, he has left us a basket with fruits and eggs from his orchard, in the house there are all kinds of utensils for the kitchen, bathroom… We were very happy in the casita.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Villa Mariposa. The property matched the description and photos accurately, providing a comfortable base for our trip. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and practical. We particularly appreciated the large sliding doors which opened up the space and offered fantastic views. A definite highlight was having fresh lemons from the trees in the garden for our G&Ts! The amenities provided were good, and everything was in working order. The location was very convenient. It was an easy walk to local small shops for essentials, the beach, and surprisingly, a Buddhist temple which was interesting to see. The area felt safe and was relatively quiet. Ricardo a great host – responsive and helpful when needed. Communication was clear, and the check-in/out process was straightforward. Villa Mariposa is a solid choice for a stay in the area.

Great house in, with nice patio, close to the beach. We used barbecue a lot! Jacques is a fantastic host, super helpful and friendly. We traveled with a toddler, and all necessary amenities for the baby were available at the apartament. Thank you!
