Residence with private wooded park, no overlooking neighbours, free parking. Close to the village and all shops (10 minutes on foot). The Verdon River is opposite, where you can dip your feet, and a leisure centre with a lake is a 10-minute walk away. Close to shuttle stops for visiting Colmars ("The most beautiful village in France"), La Foux or Thorame train station. Walking stay possible.

Located in La Foux d'Allos, this peaceful 20 m2 studio, without elevator, quiet, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Bright in the morning, sunny in the afternoon. After parking in the parking lot of the residence, everything is accessible on foot... 6 minutes from the center, 2 minutes from the Labrau ski lift and its cash register, but also from the creperie, a restaurant, a sports shop (ski rental), etc... Summer and winter, hiking trails are quickly accessible.

Small cozy studio for 2 people (14 m2), very functional, at La Foux d'Allos 1800 m (Labrau) located 150 m on foot: - a first ski lift; - hiking departures; - an equipment rental shop; - ski pass offices; - restaurants; - shuttle stop; - tennis court; - Allos Leisure Park and Bike Park (Seignus 10 min). 10 min walk to the resort center (3 min by bus), 1 entrance, 1 bathroom, 1 room and 1 balcony. Newly renovated. No smoking (and no pets).
