Access to the independent street without stairs. This 45m² studio has been designed to offer a functional, comfortable and welcoming stay. Ideal for couples, families or groups of up to four people, it has a double bed with memory mattress and a double sofa bed, both with full and quality linens. The space combines living and sleeping area in the same environment, while the kitchen and bathroom are in separate rooms, ensuring greater privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, a hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, and cooking utensils in comfort. The dining room, with table for four people, complements the space in a practical way. The bathroom includes whirlpool shower, towels for each guest, personal hygiene products, hair dryer and washing machine, along with necessary items for your use (clothesline, tweezers, etc.). We prioritize cleaning and maintenance of the apartment to ensure that each guest finds it in perfect condition. It is a modern, well-kept and thoughtful space to offer a comfortable experience, both in short and long stays. The apartment is exclusively for guests and is delivered fully equipped to guarantee a comfortable and private stay. It is located within a closed community enclosure, which brings a plus of safety and peace of mind. Although there are no internal common areas in the home, the residential environment offers a nice and well-maintained environment. The apartment is located in a closed and safe development, with direct access from the street, no stairs or ramps, making it especially accessible. We strive to provide a thoughtful, comfortable, and well-equipped space to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Retiro Park Industrial House

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
