Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

The apartment is located on the Conil promenade, opposite Los Bateles beach. Ideal for families with children or couples. It has two bedrooms, allowing for the accommodation of four people. The charm of the accommodation is on the community terrace/rooftop, with two seating areas, one overlooking the ocean and the other overlooking the village. We do not allow groups of young people. For groups, we ask for a minimum age of 30. We offer a place to rest and enjoy the beach.
