Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Francesco ! L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé — tout le nécessaire était à disposition pour passer un séjour confortable. L’emplacement est idéal, avec de très bons restaurants à proximité, et les transports en commun permettent de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville. L’accueil de Caterina à notre arrivée a été très chaleureux et apprécié. Francesco a été un hôte disponible, réactif et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Roberta was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome indeed. Comms and instructions before we arrived were accurate and informative, and she very kindly said we could check in earlier, as we had an early arrival into Milan and the apartment had been vacated and cleaned the day previously. The apartment itself was well situated next to Milan Garibaldi train station, and all of the sites in the city were within good walking distance, though it would have been just as easy to get the Metro into the centre. Additionally, the apartment was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. If we ever come back to Milan, which is very likely, Roberta will be the first person we contact for accommodation.

Bilocale con Patio. Il gioiello dell'Isola.

Abbiamo soggiornato quasi un mese a casa di Luca: da subito abbiamo apprezzato l'appartamento, nella centrale via Farini, isolato dal traffico e ben insonorizzato. Vicinissimo il parcheggio Milano-Farini in cui si affittano posti auto custoditi anche a settimana. Si vede che Luca ha arredato la casa pensando al benessere di chi la vive , perché l'arredamento è bello, robusto e funzionale, comodo. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici che possono servire , di ottima marca, e la cucina è dotata di tutte le stoviglie necessarie per cucinare e pranzare comodamente a casa. Il riscaldamento a pavimento garantisce confort e calore nelle fredde giornate invernali. Le pulizie sono affidate ad un'agenzia e sono svolte con accuratezza , sono obbligatorie ogni 7 gg ed hanno un costo di 61 euro cad. Vista la nostra lunga permanenza, Luca è stato così gentile da offrirci la terza; abbiamo avuto modo di conoscerlo prima di partire e ci ha portato anche un gradito regalo! Sicuramente consiglio Luca !!!
