Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Puy du Fou Gîte Set 8 bedrooms/8 bathrooms and pool

Etang Neuf is located in the heart of the Vendée bocage in the countryside just 10 minutes from the famous Puy du Fou, 1 hr from Vendee beaches, 1h30 from Futuroscope, 15 min from Poupet, 1 hr from Nantes and Angers. We acquired this estate in July 2024. You will enjoy the beautiful setting and tranquility of the place by strolling around the pond (unsecured) or relaxing by the pool. Our house is located in the village and we share the places (pool and green spaces).

The indoor heated pool is at your disposal.

Rejuvenate in a green setting, conducive to rest and relax around our pool.
