Camille welcomes you to this charming 25 m2 studio located on Saint Jean de Braye, 900 m from tram B. Ideally located 10 minutes from downtown Orléans. accommodation not overlooked, composed of a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, nespresso coffee maker, kettle… A bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, TV, dressing room, walk-in shower. Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
