The house is very nice, very modern and clean. It is very well furnished, it has everything you need. Everything is new and in very good condition. It's a 10 minute walk from the main park.

Great location, very quiet, with an exceptional view on the La Vega valley and the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed the house for the week end for a family gathering. We had an incredible time, we felt right at home, the kitchen very complete, microwaves and sanducheras were highly appreciated,maybe a little cupboard space is missing when the group is large, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, the showers do not have hot water so bathing early is not pleasant because the water is very cold, in the afternoon it is already manageable. The remodeled pool was very comfortable, the entrance staircase should be adjusted because it is unstable and moves, walking through the gardens is very nice, the social area with TV and good lighting, and the terrace to share had very comfortable chairs, the dining room is very spacious. The comfortable beds with good mattress and fresh sheets, you need a comfortable where to put clothes in some rooms, the main one if you have. Overall the house is in very good condition, it has some details to fix and improve that we share with the host. We were very happy, it's our second time at the house and we'll be back! Balcones del Hato escuna great option to rest and disconnect from the city. My family and I enjoyed the facilities and the pool and were very happy. Excellent attention from Mr. Orlando who was very friendly and helpful. We will return God through.

This is a great place, perfectly located in the colonial section of Honda. It´s very fresh, stylish and modern. The only drawback is that as the flat is surrounded by similar units, noisy neighbors or repair work can be a drag. But it would be a matter of chance.

Very good experience at Julio's apartment in El Dorado. It's just like the photos, the bed is comfortable and well furnished. Close to center and quiet neighborhood. Also, Julio recommended places to visit and eat, very helpful! Recommended

Beautiful house, it is the same as the photos and better, from the time of arrival they were very attentive Jazmin was always attentive and very kind , everything very clean and impeccable, we hope to stay in that house again

The house is really special. You will be completly isolated with just the owner as a neighbour who will help you with whatever inquiry that you might have. Communication works with either phone or messaging app. Regarding the terrain to get to the house might be intimidating but our cars made the descend and ascend to the place without problems. Now to the exciting part. The pool is rather big and is cleaned by the owner every day. The water is warmed up by the sun, given the overall warm climate the water is really enjoyable. With gadgets like two hammocks, a bluetooth loudspeaker and some board games this place has really everything that you need to enjoy some days there (even if it rains). The owner takes really good care of the place and tries to improve it continously.

It was the perfect space for three days of family rest! It is located in a quiet neighborhood, the home is spacious, fresh and clean. Mauricio is an excellent host, we were happy and rested.

Juan Pablo and his Father were attentive and caring hosts. I had a large party and they accommodated us arriving late and aided in our transport to and from the house at odd hours. They always came to check in on us and make sure we were comfortable while providing activities for the kids to enjoy (Badminton, Soccer, Jacuzzi, Basketball). They were both extremely welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home on the property. We also had the help of two women who aided in preparing meals and cleaning the property daily. They were incredible and attended to our every need at any moment. They tirelessly worked to make sure we were fed throughout the day. The property is magical and photos don't do it justice. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunset and the early morning. The plants, vegetation and wildlife add a vibrant life to the sprawling property. The beautiful experience of staying here was exactly what my family needed.

The quite comfortable place for a large family. There were eight of us and we were quite comfortable. The beds with very comfortable mattresses, the living room the same. While the pool of a size not so large to be able to swim, the possibility of having it privately to cool off is appreciated, it allows several people to be at the time. The location is very good, it is possible to reach the park and central area easily, about fifteen minutes away at a normal pace. Quiet area. As for the parking lot, it's fair for a car, but there was no problem leaving the other outside, it's a safe area. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, allows cooking and having the fridge always available to help a lot during the stay. Most of the rooms had a fan, plus the house is cool. It's comfortable to stay there. Having two bathrooms facilitates its use, except in the evenings as a bathroom is left in the main room, so its use is restricted at some times

a very nice place, cumole with all the expectations, very quiet to disconnect from everything, an incredible view, the attention of alexndra and jeison was good and friendly, they offer you a very delicious breakfast, we could not be better served, access is complex but they offer you everything to facilitate the arrival. with security a place that is worth visiting again.
