Close to the Dronne (500 m) for swimming, fishing or canoeing Charming cottage, former stone dryer, composed of 3 bedrooms, one of which is on one level with a double bed and a shower room + toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed + a single bed and a bathroom with toilet. Large living room with open kitchen, access to large terrace with magnificent views of the countryside. Private and enclosed garden.

Une salle de bain avec une douche,un lavabo et un wc.seche cheveux disponible .A l'étage 2 pièces mensardees, separer d'un rideau, comportant 1 lit 2places et un canapé lit.Une tv au salon et une dans la chambre . Le linge de lit et de toilette est fournis. À l'arrière de la maison, terrasse donnant sur le grand jardin. Table et chaise pour profiter de l'extérieur.

Le Moulin de Papalis: a place to recharge

Ce moulin du 18ème a été réhabilité en maison de 180m2 avec une capacité de 8 personnes. Le bien est composé d'une cuisine, d'un atelier avec billard, une terrasse, séjour, salon, 4 chambres dont une chambre avec douche et une salle de bain. Le jardin est composé d'îles reliés par des ponts. Durant votre séjour, vous aurez l'occasion de pratiquer la pêche, la baignade, le canoë, le ping pong.... Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'un moulin construit sur un bief dans un milieu naturel préservé.

You can also practice water activities (canoeing, kayaking)... all within a 5-minute walk.

The cottage "La Petite Maison", 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying here for its comfort and tranquillity, with its south-east-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not fenced). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.
