We keep it clean. 85 m2 apartment, plus a 40 m2 terrace that looks over a garden with fountains. I have good reviews on the 4 apartments in this building on Airbnb. Should you like, you can also get to know the kids who visit the "Caldo de Piedra" library next door. (Proceeds go to support it.)
