Holiday rentals with breakfast in La Crosse

Carly’s place is everything as she describes and very comfortable. Hopefully it’s still available next year. I will definitely try to reschedule for a few days!

We loved this stay! The property is absolutely stunning and Rebecca was a very kind host. She prepared a delicious, fresh and tasty breakfast - including gluten free pastries for someone in our group with an allergy. It was also great that everyone in our group got their own room Our only regret is we wish we had more time to spend enjoying the backyard and the neighboring winery. If we are ever in the La Crescent area again, we will definitely stay here.

Becky was so sweet and such a great host. She was very welcoming and made our stay so comfortable. The breakfast she made us during our stay was delicious.

Very relaxing and comfortable! We used the porches as it was very nice out that weekend! We walked to the bar/restaurant on the corner and it was great to be so close. We cooked and used the kitchen and most everything we needed was there! We drove to Creekside Winery and a Brewery in the area and had a great time at both places. The big antique shop downtown was a great place to walk through on Sunday morning!

We stayed at Carly’s for two nights and had no problems and were very comfortable.

Big house on the highway. Plenty of room 7 or more if it's cool. Sunroom had bunk beds but no air. Great views of the Mississippi river. Ferryville is a nice little town. House was clean .

Melanie was very friendly and responsive. She was so welcoming and gave me a few recommendations. Highly recommend!

Norma Jean & Daryl are welcoming, kind hosts with an absolutely beautiful property! They were attentive to our safety as there was winter weather and helpful at every turn. My friend & I were celebrating a milestone birthday and had a perfect stay at their place.

Apartment in Winona - Treetops Suite is a great getaway in a little college town. There is a spacious main room and open area kitchenette (hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, sink, mini-fridge) and the two bedrooms (one ?full-size? bed and then two twins) are cozy - not tight or cramped. The apartment was clean and quiet. They had some food (milk, eggs, bagels, oranges, PeanutButter, jam) stocked in the fridge. The step-in shower has very hot water that is not difficult to adjust to a warm setting. The apartment is located just off the Winona State University campus and the first night we stayed we walked downtown for dinner. The stairs to the place are moderately steep - as the hosts mention in the write-up. This is not an issue (and adds to the ambience) unless you have some mobility challenges. There are railings on both sides. Thanks. This would be my preferred spot to stay if I was passing through Winona again.

Steve & Nan were great hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From providing coffee, eggs, and fresh jam, any amenities we needed and being very friendly it made for a great stay. Their co-host was able to quickly respond when we forgot the door code too which was great.

The area was very spacious, neat, quiet, and an attractive taste of years gone by.

loved the fact that this was basically a large studio apartment. good places to eat in the area wonderful sightseeing trails in the area as well. Luke was very responsive.

Rich and Char are great hosts! The space and property is so unique and eclectic, it was great to stay in such a historical space. I enjoyed sitting on the patio and walking through the town. The kitchen space had everything I needed and they stocked it with snacks! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We loved our stay here. It was a beautiful home that was close to the main street and attractions. We were even able to walk to the Rubiyat restaurant and enjoy an evening stroll. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfect for the two of us. Melissa made a delightful breakfast and the most delicious pumpkin scones. My only regret was I didn't stuff more in my pockets. :) Check in was easy and there was no problem getting in. We did end up leaving before breakfast on our last day and hadn't received check out instructions before hand. We sent a text and got a quick response although we had already left. The stay was more expensive than we would normally like to spend, we have stayed at other bed and breakfasts and paid much less. We imagine the prices were inflated because there was an event in town.

If you get a chance to book with Donna at Justin’s trails…do it. The place is very peaceful and is a great place to get away from busy life styles. Donna and Dawn are very helpful! A plus is that they are dog-friendly! We took our Basset Hound and Pug, and they also had a great time enjoying the land! Wished we had more time to enjoy the land but gives us a better reason to come back!

Well maintained, well stocked and a delicious breakfast

Barb and Jeff’s home is absolutely stunning. It’s like walking into a better homes and gardens or Martha Stewart magazine. Loved all the attention to detail in the rooms, at breakfast, and the general area. We appreciated access to coffee/tea/hot chocolate and bottled water as well. The grounds are lovely and wish we’d had more time to enjoy the fire pit and gardens! Breakfast was amazing and liked that she even made some things that were native to the area. Fresh herbs in the water and lavender everything 💜 Thank you for restoring this beautiful home, and giving it your whole heart! Loved the lavender to take with (and the seeds). Thanks so much for having us stay!

Town celebration that weekend. The river was flooding so no canoes but the bike trail and festivities were fun

Dorothy was so kind and flexible in our arrival. We enjoyed a beautiful fire in the evening and the room was so comfortable, cozy and clean. The farm area is so gorgeous and peaceful. Enjoyed our morning coffe on the front porch and she made pumpkin french toast for breakfast. A lovely getway that was very peaceful and a great value.

I would highly recommend the Carriage House Bed and Breakfast! I love charming historical buildings and this 170 year old building has been tastefully transformed into a bed & breakfast. There were so many thoughtful touches in the room as well as throughout the place. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the covered patio as well as in the four season porch. Grace served gourmet breakfasts each morning which was really a special treat.

SO. MUCH. FUN. If you ever thought staying on a farm might be fun, this is perfect! The accommodations are clean, quiet and comfy and the breakfast is amazing. We took a short hike on the farm's hill and had about 30 goats follow us up the trail and back down, which was an amazing and delightful experience that brought huge smiles to our faces! Everyone on the farm was kind and so were all the animals! We'd totally stay again!!
