This entrance leads to both apartments that we have, so you will be sharing it with other fellow Airbnb guests. Having a private entrance and staircase, with self check-in and keyless entrance door, will give guests more privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in and Check-out times will be previously arranged. We are always flexible, trying to accommodate guests' arriving and departing times. With its tree-lined streets, two parks, and top bars and restaurants, colonia Condesa, or 'La Condesa', is one of the city's most popular and charming neighborhoods. Castillo de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma, and the Chapultepec metro are all just a short walk away. Walking is the best option, especially since there is so much to see and explore in Condesa and other nearby neighborhoods, like Roma. All main public transportation is just a block away. The metro line that stops here, Chapultepec stop, takes you straight to the city center. If you prefer riding by car, Uber is always the most efficient, and quite cheap, option. We also have a great, trusted driver that offers transportation services to places like Teitihuacán, where you can see the magnificent Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon.

Restored 1940s Art Deco Apartment in Santa María La Ribera

This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.

The neighborhood is central because it is easy to get to several interesting areas such as La Roma, Polanco and Escandón. This area is also known for its family and bohemian atmosphere experienced every day on its streets. The apartment is located on the second floor above Café Toscano where you can enjoy a great breakfast included. On the roof you can enjoy a sensational view towards the treetops. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom. Cleaning service is also included There is a shared rooftop where guests can enjoy a great view to the park and sit down to work or hang out. Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock.
