Esta exclusiva propiedad no solo ofrece comodidad, sino que redefine la experiencia costera. Nuestra casa, estratégicamente ubicada, tiene un jardín que desemboca directamente en la suave arena.

Chacra sobre río

Increible casa moderna en chacra con 100 m de costa de río a 150 km de CABA. Se accede por tierra, es un loteo cerrado de chacras, con caminos no transitados por terceros. A 20 min del pueblo de Villa Paranacito. Tiene fogon con parrilla, muelle para pesca, río navegable y seguro, kayaks. Dos has de campo para pasear. Increíbles fogones, almuerzos en la galería, desayunos mirando el campo y atardeceres sobre el río. Un oasis de paz muy cerca de la ciudad. Se alquila solo para uso familiar.
