Located in NOHANT, less than 5 minutes from the Romanesque chapels & medieval castles but also less than 5 minutes from the amenities offered by the city of La CHATRE, the REPAIRE du MOULIN NEUF has the distinction of having its doorstep at the foot of the trail that George SAND & her famous friends took in search of rejuvenation on the banks of the river. Formerly an outbuilding of the mill, the 18th century Berry house, refurbished in the "21st century style", is bathed in a luminous green setting bordered by the millstream and the INDRE.

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into a self-contained studio with all amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree holiday; open space with kitchen, seating area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be released. In a separate piece of garden, there is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome. Pets are welcome.
