You will stay in the wedding hall of the legendary L'Espérance hotel, which has been transformed into two comfortable, renovated, single-storey apartments. You can enjoy a 20 m² covered terrace with a view of the vineyards and the Loire, as well as a private courtyard to park your vehicle. You will be only 200 metres from the town centre and will be able to enjoy the village amenities: bakeries, pharmacy, bank, newsagent/tobacconist, grocery store, bar, restaurants, beauty and wellness salon.

This small house has been completely renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle with three towers from the 11th and 15th centuries. The property is accessed via an electric gate, and parking is available near the cottage.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
