I thought it was a very cozy house, you feel at home, everything clean, services Perfect, excellent location, you can't ask for more. Mrs. Lía as a host is A # 1, a very responsible person and attentive down to the last detail,very helpful and attentive in case you are missing anything or need help with whatever it is

The apartment is very functional. It has everything you need (maybe a dishcloth or a larger trash can is missing) to enjoy the accommodation and your stay. There were 5 of us for 7 days and we had a great time. Fernando responded to every concern or query, the girl who came to clean daily was super friendly and helped us with several issues. The beds and sheets are excellent. The apartment complex is very quiet and the location is perfect. I would definitely come back if I go through Mar de Las Pampas again.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. The ideal location to get away and relax. The hosts were very accommodating at all times. I would choose it again.

The cabin is beautiful, the location in the heart of Mar de las Pampas with everything nearby. We stayed in May, a super low season for this area, so there were almost no people, which allowed us to rest 100%. It's a super quiet area. Host 10 points, always attentive and proactive with communication. The cabin is well equipped with what you need for cooking, a refrigerator, and a gas kettle (not electric). The heating is excellent, very pleasant and it is kept at 24 degrees throughout the stay. There is a whirlpool and the shower has good pressure and temperature. The bedding is good quality and warm. The bed is queen and comfortable. Bring mineral water as the water is not drinkable. And bring toiletries as there are none in the accommodation. One thing I didn't expect, maybe I didn't understand when I read the publication, the stay is not for the entire cabin that you see in the photos. Only the lower part without access to the terrace. Juan lives there, he didn't feel it at all, but just so you know.

The apartment's facilities were very good, you don't need anything else. Pedro answered our questions every time we spoke to him. Very efficient service (breakfast, towels, cleaning and beach items). The only thing we'd point out is that access to the beach is not comfortable, since you have to climb a dune. As well as the access from the apartment we occupied to the amenities.

Excellent place to rest a few days, just a few meters from the beach and half an hour from downtown Mar del Plata. The cabin is just as you can see in the photos, super comfortable and clean. Homemade breakfasts are delicious, and communication with Grisel (Damian's wife) was excellent. I recommend it 100%. We'll be back soon!

The place is awesome, super calm, the home beautiful and save. Rolando is very nice, he was all the time attending our question. Paula, who helped us with the instructions of the home is the best, she was super nice with us and ours dogs. Super recommended.

Great option in the Peralta Ramos forest. Rustic house, with all its functional environments to enjoy a few days in the woods. I worked a few days remotely and the wifi worked perfect. There were stormy days but we had no inconvenience. The host was always willing to help. Hug!

The house is exactly what I was looking for: peaceful, convenient and pleasant to spend time with friends. The beach is a 5-minute walk away which is perfect for enjoying the sea. Maria Ignacia was very available, making the trip hassle-free.

The house is very nice, it feels like a home as soon as you enter. Very spacious and bright due to the large number of windows. It's also super-equipped! The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting and 5 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mar del Plata. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back! Thank you!

Excellent loft to stay in Mar del Plata. Blocks from the beach, 10 minutes from the center and in a quiet area. It is ideal for 4/5 people. Very spacious, comfortable and complete. It was what we needed for our 5 day stay. The beautiful neighborhood, very peaceful. To get to the beach was very nice the way, we were walking daily . Very kind Marcos , with his directions and suggestions. We felt very comfortable.

Everything was excellent! Paola was flexible with the time of arrival, we would leave Caba at 18h and wait for us until we arrived at the accommodation. 10/10💛

Carla's house is quality, surrounded by beautiful plants and trees, the sound of nature is all the time with one. If you like La Paz and nature is ideal, there are many places to shop nearby and nice restaurants. The outdoor space is ideal for enjoying a few days in peace. We'll be back without hesitation.

The apartment is excellent and has a wonderful view! It has two bathrooms with a shower and is ideal for a stay of up to 4 people. Just for caution, the entrance to the parking lot is small, so if you have a very large car check the measures before with Noemí. Noemi is great, she responds on time and everything is 10. We would go back without hesitation!

Very comfortable house in the middle of the Peralta Ramos forest. The house is super functional, with everything you need to spend a few quiet days. We spent 4 wonderful days and absolutely loved the house. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The view from the kitchen was especially beautiful — it made every meal feel extra special. The host was responsive and welcoming. Very well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a very nice and quiet area of the city. Easy access to the various points (beaches, rest, coastal) without being in the center. It has 3 beaches nearby that you can walk without problems. The building is very well maintained. Communication with José is excellent. Always ready for a great stay. For 4 adults it is a little fair if you are used to large environments. The use of the pool is until 5pm. The gym as well as the pool, are charged per day or week. In short, we had a very nice stay. Definitely recommend it!
