The apartment consists of 3 more balconies and has a safe, surveillance cameras, security doors, intruder detector and smoke detectors connected to the central office 24 hours a day. Imagine swimming, paddle surfing course, playing with your kids in the sand, running on the shores of the Mediterranean, or just enjoying the varied gastronomic offer of the neighborhood. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out if you leave before, leave the keys on the table and close the door on your way out. Remember to always lock. The loft has been restored with attention and care, exposed wood beams and red brick walls feature prominently. Bathroom is a de-constructed concept with a huge shower space, open wash basin and water closet. It is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer. Bed is 150 x 190 and situated in the main chamber. Full kitchen is available, with enough seating to choose where you want to eat. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-ceramic stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. THE APT. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. It has 1 double bedroom (1.40x2.00 size bed), a living provided by a sofa-bed (1.20 x 1.80 size bed) , a table area, tv, a full equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a little balcony. Towels, sheets and blankets are provided.
