El Refugio is a small house in the middle of a large area of vegetation, ideal for resting and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle. Due to its geographical location, El Refugio is located in the heart of the cider region, just 7 km from downtown Villaviciosa, 15 km from Rodiles beach and 35 km from the Covadonga Lakes and very close to fishing villages such as Tazones, Lastres, Cudillero, Luanco and Candás. In the area there are several routes for walking or if you prefer by bicycle alone or with family.

Relax and unwind in a fully renovated 200-year-old house. With all the amenities and total privacy. Close to attractions such as the Senda del Oso (Bear Trail) and with panoramic views of the Las Ubiñas Natural Park. A paradise for hikers and cyclists with multiple routes. The roads are very good, 45 minutes from Oviedo and 50 minutes from Gijon. Although the last 400 meters are for skilled drivers through a narrow track. You can leave the car beforehand and take a pleasant 6-minute walk.

It has a gorgeous terrace that catches the morning sun, wifi, central heating & a smart TV. There's no elevator but it's only half a flight of stairs (8 steps) from street level. We have a large parking space (fits even vans) available for free for guest use just a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
