Waterfront holiday rentals in La Alpujarra

Susana was extremely helpful from checking in to our departure. On arrival she greeted us, to us through all things related to the apartment plus very helpful restaurant recommendations. The apartment was very clean and had such a lovely view. Having our breakfast on the balcony was a real treat. We also ate a few times there in the evening and it was amazing. Lots of good restaurants nearby and Granada, Ronda, Malaga and Frigliana all lovely and very easy to get to. We highly recommend.

Very neat and beautiful apartment. We had a great time. Beautiful view and nice beach. Had a nice beach walk and with the mountain bike it was also fantastic cycling here. Beautiful nature park nearby, Cabo de Gate. It is recommended to take a walk there. In short, we had a great time!

Very clean and tidy accommodation, with very good access and next to the beach. The village is very quiet, ideal for relaxing and resting. I recommend the stay if you are looking to get away from the mass tourism centres.

The place was beautiful. For me it was all about the view! It felt like being on a ship in a middle of the ocean especially during full moon! The apartment was immaculate! Caroline was extremely helpful and kind! Needless to say 5 out of 5! You definitely need a car, which I believe it’s obvious - to the most of people who are visiting that part of the world. Don’t forget it’s an apartment complex, so you’ll have neighbors and their daily life. It can get windy as well, which is also obvious due to an elevation of the build and one thing you cannot do is to control the weather. But you can absolutely create your own experience. I would absolutely come back. Thank you both so much for sharing your space!

Stunning sea views from both the front terrace and the balcony at the back. Everything was brand new and the facilities amazing. The host Anneli was quick to reply to messages and had prepared a very nice welcome folder in the apartment with all the information we needed. Nice touch also with the wine, water and crisps that I got when I arrived. I recommend you to get a rental car as the complex is on a hill. You can walk easily down to the beach (just over 1 km) but it’s a steep walk back up. The livingroom/kitchen was a bit small, but the front terrace is very spacious and with both a dining table, sofa area and a fold away sun lounger (which was not on the pictures). Outdoor facilities like padel court, climbing wall, table tennis, mini golf, gym and more made this a perfect spot if you want to mix up total tranquility with some exercise. 100% recommended, I will be back!

This apt is an easy 60 min rode from Malaga, right on the water! We were in town for a friend’s birthday celebration. This apartment is perfect for comfort, relaxation (quiet!) and across from the beach. The apt is big, with the balcony being exceptionally nice! It’s walkable to all of the restaurants in Herradurra, along with many small groceries if needed. The host was very responsive and open to our request for early drop-off of our bags - she was great! Really enjoyed our short stay here!

The apartment is lovely and in a great location. The private beach access really made and the spacious balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. Maria and Olga were helpful and responsive. We had a great, relaxing holiday and would definitely come backin the future.

Great view and beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment. Communication and check-in were easy. The apartment has everything you need and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Parking is easy to find in front of the house. The beds give in with 2 adults in bed over the course of the night, so there is a cow, but this did not detract from a nice holiday in a great accommodation. Recommendation!

We had an unforgettable stay at Jane's house. Jane and Philippe were wonderful hosts, who welcomed us, and recommended different restaurants, and even booked two restaurants when we arrived, including one with a Flamenco show. The village of Salobrena is so picturesque, pretty. Jane's house is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the best of this rental is the rooftop terrace. we spent a lot of time there. we would highly recommend this place, and will be happy to come back.

A super nice place, quiet area but at the same time in the middle of the city. The beach is very close, just a short walk away. The views are a real spectacle and the house, despite being traditional, has all the comforts, with air conditioning, solar panels, very well equipped with everything you need. It's large, spacious. The beds are very comfortable and we loved the pool!!! We had a great weekend with friends, it was very short, we will repeat!!! I would like to thank Francisco for his kindness, availability and attention at all times!!! He's a great host!!!

There were two of us and it was very nice. In the kitchen there was everything you need and the whole apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. The contact was very good and Raul was always available. The neighborhood is quiet and there is everything you need nearby on foot. The beach is a pebble beach, so the water is very clear and there was very little going on. We didn't miss anything, the stay was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay in La Herradura. The house is beautiful, even more so than in the photos. Patricia was very flexible and kind, and the communication was great from day 1. The house and location quickly became a family favourite and I would love to return to this wonderful place. Thank you

This place has one of the prettiest views of anywhere we’ve stayed in the world. Quick access to local beaches, quiet surroundings, beautiful environment. I highly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely time in Gerardo's comfortable house. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool, while we enjoyed the beautiful view. It is a small car ride to the lovely Salobreña beach. All in all, a very nice place.

If you have a big family and a car this should be your choice! The house is gorgeous and in an absolutely beautiful area. Very close to the beach and only 10-15min by car from local the closest towns. There are some restaurants close to the house but they tend to close a bit earlier, but that is fine given how close the house is to other big cities like Málaga, Granada, etc.

We arrived in the midst of the power outage on Spain, no phones, no electric! Charis was very helpful in trying to connect with us to get us in the apartment And then once there, was helpful in finding a restaurant that had food and drink. The apartment is very well-stocked with everything you need. It is such a peaceful location with beautiful views! Gorgeous terrace with outdoor fireplace and shade awnings, walkable (7 mins) to the tiny village at the marina, where you can buy everything you need, 2 restaurants and a beach. Otherwise you NEED a car. This location is very hilly. Not walkable to train stations.

The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, functional and tastefully furnished. Of course, we particularly liked the incomparable sea view from the large terrace. We were even able to observe many dolphins on several days. Particularly noteworthy is the great amenities of the apartment, great kitchen, Jacuzzi, barbecue, and in the playroom, sups, beach chairs, tennis rackets, etc. Everything you need on holiday was available and everything in the best quality and with great instruction and therefore easy to use, The communication with Fredrik and Camilla was perfect, they were very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

Great location, very easy process, great apartment in every way

We had a great time with my daughter. Listing is as described. The view of the sea and the sunset is breathtaking. The pedestrian street can be noisy in the evening. But the apartment is very nice and quiet for sleeping. The beach is rarely crowded. We enjoyed it!

Beautiful place with wonderful deck right on top of the ocean!

Once settled in, we felt at home in this stunning appartment. The view is amazing! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the spectacular view of the ocean and the city of Nerja. The appartment was clean, practical and quiet. Perfect to relax. Kevin was just a text or call away if we needed him. The facilities are good and pools lovely! We had a great time! The treatment with Carlos is unbeatable, which is pending at all times, the apartment exactly as in the photos and everything clean and impeccable, I have no doubt that we will repeat with him!

The house was super well decorated and very cozy, as well as well equipped. The treatment was excellent. The location of the house was next to the beach and with the promenade, there was quite an atmosphere. Highly recommended
