This lovely, bright cottage in Murcia (southern Spain) has a magnificent view over the Campo of Cartagena. Ideal for peace seekers, hikers and nature lovers. The comfortable casa is quietly located, generously and modernly furnished. You have a shower and bathtub, a large (living)kitchen with air conditioning and lazy chairs, bedroom with double bed and two terraces. Your cottage is surrounded by a green rock garden. The (shared!) swimming pool will be completely renovated and enlarged in 2026.

The renovation carried out by the architecture studio GÁLVEZ+DÍAZ has managed to rescue the original hydraulic pavements hidden under two levels of tiles, restore the balcony doors and the modernist viewpoint of the facade and enhance the solid brick of the original load-bearing walls of the building and its structure of sawn wooden beams.
