The house is located directly on the golf course, is within walking distance of the golf club house and is also close to the beach, making it ideal for golfers and beach lovers. In the summer months there is a community pool. The La Hacienda Alcaidesa Links golf resort has 2 golf courses, Heathland and the Links course, which was completely renovated in 2022. There is WiFi, Air conditioning and TV.

Alcaidesa beach is one kilometer away and the Acqua shopping center is five hundred meters away, where there are supermarkets and restaurants. The Alcaidesa golf course is less than two kilometers away. Sotogrande is fifteen minutes away. I ask for a photo of an ID of all tenants prior to arrival for check-in.
