New built house with friendly neighbors and 24/7 support and security(with cameras and motion detection equipments). Centrally-located place. 1 km from train station and 3 km from airport. Have a lot of mini markets and 2 international bazars. House is fully equipped with new furnitures for example comfortable beds, bathroom, and kitchen. In kitchen have dishes came from Turkey. No problem with electricity. Comfortable and warm home. Have underfloor heating and air conditioner.
