Weekly serviced light and bright 1 bedroom apartment in a modern block only 9 years old. The whole top floor is divided in to both a large lounge, library and pool table area as well as a well equipped Gymnasium and Yoga / Dance room. The apartment would suit somebody looking for a medium term stay in a convenient, vibrant but quiet area, who would enjoy the workspace opportunity of the seldom used expansive top floor lounge, and the recreational facilities. Weekly linen change is included.

Enjoy a comfortable and cozy stay at my centrally-located apartment. Unique location facing a playground allows for a rare bright and green open view in the middle of Soho. It is 2 min walk to the Central escalator, 8 min walk to the MTR, 1 min walk to the first restaurants of Soho, and has a lift. Air conditioning and heating (valuable in winter) with split unit air conditioning inverters. A Bose bluetooth speaker, Nespresso coffee machine, Delonghi oven, will make you feel home even more.

This is a small nice apartment with a living room, a bedroom, a private rooftop, a small kitchen and a wet toilet. There is no real bathroom as we have a wet toilet: the shower is in the toilet space (see picture), as it can happen in the small surface apartments here in Hong Kong. This is the place where we live, so if you see it available it’s probably because we are traveling somewhere for the period but we will be available to answer your questions during your stay.

The apartment just in front of Royal Plaza Hotel, We use excellent Simons Mattress. The distance from Airport and Asia World Expo to the Mong Kok is 28Km It takes 30 mins driving distance. 1) It's facing Mong Kok East MTR 2) You walk 3 mins to Mong Kok MTR.

The living room has 1 sofa bed (double bed size) which can accommodate up to 6 people in total. Our apartment are located in 4/F with elevator, fine decorated with full furniture. Our building is less than 3 min walk from MTR and A21 airport bus stop
