A house built in 1778, which has recently been renovated, while retaining traditional building materials, is for rent. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, sauna room, and in the attic there are two bedrooms and an anteroom (total 105 m2). Parking and a covered barbecue with a terrace are provided. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, so it is ideal for nature lovers, hunters and fishermen. Nearby is the Opeka Arboretum and the Vindija Cave.

Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest. About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families.
