The single-story 3LDK (about 90 m²) is a spacious space facing a Japanese garden and can accommodate up to 9 people. The pride of the place is the rock bath with natural hot springs. If you relax in a bathtub surrounded by natural stone, it's like being in a hidden hot spring inn. At night, the illuminated garden creates a fantastic atmosphere. The Japanese-style room has a veranda and a fluffy futon. We also recommend enjoying tea while looking out at the Japanese garden from the wooden deck. In the morning, the birds chirp, in the afternoon, the quiet heals you, and in the evening, you are wrapped in hot steam and your heart is relaxed. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic facilities such as a rice cooker, microwave, and refrigerator. There are also convenience stores and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so there are no daily inconveniences. It is also a convenient location as a base for sightseeing, and access to major spots is also good. Parking is available for 1 regular car and 1 small car. We renovated a two-storey storehouse built in the Edo period and turned it into a guest house. It's not a large space, but it retains the atmosphere of a traditional earthen-walled storehouse, with thick beams and more. There's a kitchen on the ground floor with an IH cooking heater.Fully air-conditioned on the 1st and 2nd floors for a comfortable stay.You can experience the sound insulation, the coolness of the summer, and the warmth of winter. There is a sauna facility about 5 minutes away by car, Nekawa Onsen about 15 minutes away, and Kita-Omi-no-Yu about 20 minutes away. There are many sightseeing spots unique to Nagahama, which are often the setting of history. National treasure Hikone Castle, Nagahama Castle in Hideyoshi Toyotomi, the birthplace of Mitsunari Ishida, Japan's premier mountain castle, Otani Castle, battlefields, and Takatake, etc.It is also less than a 20-minute drive to the Sekigahara Battle site. In addition to the area around Lake Biwa, Japan's oldest railway station building, Nagahama Railway Square, Yanmar Museum where children can play, Kurobai Square, and other activities other than history. This is a traditional Japanese house built in the countryside of Iga, the home of the ninja. Although you can come by public transportation, it is more convenient to come by car as it is quite a rural area. The hot spring is 5 minutes by car. It takes 20 minutes by car to the castle town of Iga Ueno. 25 minutes to Mokumoku Farm. 30 minutes to Igayaki no Sato. 45 minutes to Suzuka Circuit. 50 minutes to Akame Shijuhachi Falls National Park. 1 hour to Ise Jingu. 1 hour to Horyuji Temple.

This guesthouse is a renovated 120-year-old traditional Japanese house located in the merchant town of Omi Hino, overlooking Mt. Watamuki in the Suzuka Mountains of Shiga Prefecture, with the concept of "nostalgic yet new." The townscape of Hino itself is somehow nostalgic and calming.
