Guesthouse holiday rentals in Kutaisi

Our stay was great, the location is just perfect, in walking distace the down towen, whole place is clean and nice, the family is friendly, helpful and welcoming.The only problem is that nobody has spoken english ( Lari's daughet was responding to the airbnb messages and she was not there during our stay ). But this is the problem in the whole city ( really few english speaking people). I really recommend to learn some basic Russian before travelling there. Nevertheless some languge barrier we felt good at Lari's place, she provides maps and leaflets about the area and does her best to make you feel like at home. Highly recommended:)

Spacious room in a family house, ambient temperature with heating and AC available, small kitchen also available. Even though I felt completely safe it should be mentioned that the room was not lockable. Everything perfectly clean, very welcoming host, location very convenient if you arrive by train, city centre about 1 km, supermarket directly across the road.

Первое, что запомнилось, это конечно же гостеприимность хозяев. С легкостью идут на встречу гостям, в любой ситуации готовы помочь и предложить все самое лучшее. В номерах чисто и уютно. Очень удобное расположение. В округе достаточно тихо и спокойно, а в 10 минутах ходьбы по прямой уже центр.

Archili's place is a nice guesthouse that is part of big older house. The rooms are big. The shared bathrooms are also big with good hot water. Breakfast is served in the formal dining room with other guests. The khachapuri and lobiani served are delicious. There is always tea and coffee making facilities and a small kitchen stove if needed. The house is a 15min walk about 1.2kms from Kutaisi old town. It is also close to the Kutaisi I train station. The marshrutka station and Kutaisi II station is about 4km away. For about €50 Archili can organise a full day trip tour.

Great hospitality. For this small price, the host even offered us breakfast. Everything was clean, the shared rooms enough spacious​. The two bathrooms available for all guests to be shared are totally enough. Kitchen was comfortable for cooking. We liked the place and think that it is even too cheap.

Very nice place in Kutaisi. Stylish comfy room, good kitchen with all needed and a balcony in addition. The host is friendly and helpful. We also was pleased with a Georgian breakfast. Totally recommended!

Dům paní Nino je stylový, budete se cítit jako na zámku. Čistý, prostranný, stylově zařízený. Největší poklad se ale nachází uvnitř a to je paní domácí Nino. Velice empatický, milý člověk a když máte možnost se s ní dorozumět, což jsem měl, probrali jsme různé stránky života v Gruzii. Paní Nino mi byla i nápomocná vyřešit všechny věci, které jsem potřeboval vědět o Kutaisi i okolí i s mým odjezdem. Nino byla nejlepší hostitel, kterého jsem na cestě po Gruzii potkal. Moc děkuji Nino a všem doporučuji pobyt u ní.

Мы сняли комнату в большом доме у очень гостеприимной хозяйки — и остались в полном восторге! Все было на самом высоком уровне: чистота идеальная, порядок везде, чувствуется забота о каждом мелком удобстве. Дом красивый, уютный, ухоженный, всё обустроено с любовью. Особенно хочется отметить еду — она была невероятно вкусной, как дома или даже лучше! Видно, что хозяйка вкладывает душу во всё, что делает. Атмосфера в доме очень приятная и располагающая. Место оказалось очень удобным — легко добраться, тихо, спокойно, идеально для отдыха. Рекомендую от всей души! Мы уезжали с ощущением, что побывали в гостях у доброй подруги. Большое спасибо!

Nach einem freundlichen Telefonat, sind wir gleich los zu der Unterkunft. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und beide Gastwirte sprachen zudem auch gutes Englisch. Das Zimmer sah wirklich gut aus und hatte auch ein eigenes Badezimmer mit einer guten Ausstattung. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen. Die beiden Gastwirte waren immer Hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Nino s house is located in a very quiet district of Koutaisi on the heights of thé city less than 10 minutes from the centre. The house is very nice and the bedroom spacious. On top of that Nino is an outstanding hostess making your stay an unforgetable moment. One if thé best Rb& b we ever had that we strongly recommend.

Good place, nice host

Very hospitable family, it was really great to get acquainted with them! Very nice and clean room, it looks exactly the same as on photo! The area is quiet, there were no issues while sleeping with open windows. At the same time it is quite close to the center. There are mini market and bakeries just 50 meters away where you can buy some food.

Czysto, schludnie, pokoje z łazienkami, kuchnia z płytą gazową, lodówką, mikrofalówką, czajnikiem elektrycznym. Pokoje i łazienki świeżo po remoncie. Gospodarz oferuje wycieczki po okolicy własnym samochodem. Właściciel i personel serdeczni i pomocni.

В комнате было все очень чисто. Нас хорошо встретили, помогли найти хороший автосервис. Кухня большая светлая и просторная. Есть все необходимое для отдыха.
