Holiday rentals with beach access in Kuşadası

It was a wonderful experience for us. We stayed on holiday with 3 girls. The house was cleaner and tidier than we expected. Everything has been carefully prepared and everything has been thought out. Mr. Kutay was also very interested and meticulous. I was able to reach him in a short time whenever I wanted. We were here for part of our holiday. When we saw the house, we thought we'd continue our holiday here. We came by private car, so I don't have any information about transportation.

Perfect location, perfect space, the most comfortable bed in all our travels and perfect view to watch the storks nesting and ruins in the background. Most importantly perfect host, thank you for your hospitality Enis!

the room it's nice and clean, but at nice Abit noisy from the street car and biker. and if you go with the car not a good idea difficult for the parking in the day. at night it's fine

Gence was exceptionally helpful with getting our taxi to the AirBNB, providing some recommendations, and generally making us feel at home. The location is excellent—close to the main restaurant and shopping streets, but far enough away to avoid crowds of cruise-ship tourists.

I had a wonderful time staying at this place in Kuşadası! The apartment is right on the harbor – when you look out the window you can immediately see the sea, which can be reached in just one minute on foot. Also restaurants, cafes and the pedestrian zone are right outside the door, which makes the location really perfect. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy. I would like to highlight the hosts: they were extremely friendly, accommodating and always helpful. I felt completely comfortable and welcome. In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

The absolute best experience. Ali and his friends and family were so special and helpful with everything. We also received fresh pastries every morning!! Beyond hospitable and close to everything. One of the absolute best cities to visit. We will be back and we will stay here!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Mine's place. They were attentive and quick to help with issues. The place is brand new and we loved having our breakfasts on the spacious balcony overlooking the magnificent sea. The location is excellent; it's possible to walk everywhere. The bus to reach the other beaches is right across the street. With Kusadasi as our base, we were able to visit Ephesus, Selçuk and Sirinçe. Thumbs up!

Mr. Sinan was very interested. The house was very clean and tidy. The location of the house had a natural structure. We were disturbed by the biting flies, but we stayed for a short time. It was a house that met all our needs. There is the opportunity to barbecue in the garden.

The host, Ms. Pınar, and her mother were very polite. The house was clean, sheets and bathroom were very clean. The house is a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful patio in the trees, but families with children about 700 meters from the sea can choose to go by car instead of on foot. A house has everything you could need, thanks to the thought of the last detail. Having air conditioning in every room was a big plus. We spent most of our time on the deck in the shade of the trees. It was a pleasant holiday and we plan to come back. Thanks to hosts.

It was all as described. It is a very quiet complex/apartment. There are small markets for daily needs in the immediate vicinity. We were satisfied. The sea beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a small restaurant there that also rents beach loungers for 200 Turkish lira (as of 26.05.2025) and you can also eat lunch there. Apartment, bed linen, kitchen towels are clean. We would rent the apartment again.

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb villa for our holiday, and everything was exactly as depicted in the pictures. This villa is perfect for both family holidays and getaways with friends. The attention to detail was impressive, from the tasteful furniture and kitchen utensils to the comfortable garden furniture. The location is lovely, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and only 2-3 minutes by car. The hosts were responsive, kind, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

A Top Host, very responsible, helpful, friendly in every way. The accommodation is quite comfortable. Along with his mother who runs Sophia rent a cars they are a professional combination. The Location is wonderful on a hill top, great coastal and city views, nearby stairs as a short cut down the to harbour foreshore where the restaurants and drinking establishments are to be found.

What a amazing stay with our baby! Thank for everything. We find the place easily and flat is very clean. We did not any problems during our stay. If we visit Samos again, we can definitely choose it for stay. Peace with Love.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

We had a fantastic staking at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and exactly like described. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Small but nice, for those who like to keep things simple on holiday. We felt super comfortable. Not too much frills but still cozy. The terrace is beautiful, precisely because you are directly connected to the harbour and the extremely friendly neighbours. Nevertheless, you somehow have your peace. This is Greece at its best and the view of the bay is also a dream. It is possible to swim in the harbour basin or 10 steps further in the other bay. There are many bathing options, with the most beautiful pebbles I have ever seen. The hiking trails are great but unfortunately only partially signposted. Yannis has a hiking guide there. It is better to rely on the mobile phone. Then you will be rewarded with a diverse nature. We will definitely be back

It shows the location as inside, but the house was clean, close to everywhere, there was everything from creams to ironing, we were as comfortable as in our own house, they allowed us to use their private garden, we had no problems with checking out, they said we can check out whenever we want, I would really stay again if I come again, thank you very much

Dimitri and his family are wonderful hosts, the house was taken care of to the finest detail and was spotless. Gagou beach was very close to the house, the church bells nearby on Sunday morning were a wonderful experience. The bazaar and restaurants are very close. I hope we will be Dimitri's guests again.
