Tiny cosy studio is near to popular and trendy Telliskivi area, region is called Pelgulinn and it is unique by its wooden architecture. Tiny 20 square metres studio has everything needed inside, big comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need just for a weekend trip or for a longer stay. This is not a typical place built for an Airbnb, it has been for family use and you can feel like a local there. Bus stop is just a few minutes away and Old Town is also in walking distance.

Queen bed, free parking, remote work

The 36m2 studio in the city center is located in a recently built modern house. It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. 32m2 2-room apt. with private entrance located in ground floor, entrance directly from outside. Your car will be 5 meters away! City center area, FREE private parking in closed garden, Old Town is 3km away. The location has super good access to public transportation (300-400m walk). In the apartment there is a full size bed (140x200cm) and a sofa bed in the living room. Guests have access to washing machine and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove and necessary essentials).

It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.

Staying in this mini sauna cabin (20 m²) you can enjoy a view of the river, listen to the sounds of nature or take a walk to the seaside (20 min) After sauna session you can relax in the hot tub. (without bubbles) On rainy days, you can explore Netflix on 55" TV or play board games. Its possible to also use bicycles. Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.

Cozy Old Town Historic House

A unique three story single family house is located in an easily accessible part of the Old Town.The house`s thick limestone walls are partly the tower of the medieval city wall. You will find romance and privacy here within the small Scottish Park, behind a lockable gates to the park and your small private garden. Sightseeings, museums, restaurants of Old Town within a short walk. Enjoy yourself and companions in medieval atmosphere. Great for creative retreat.

We are happy to offer home accomodation - our tiny guesthouse (28m2) with a big patio for rent to 2 adults + one kid. Pets are welcome as well! The house is suitable for them who like to spend a night in a village near forest, to hear the birds singing, instead of living in a hotel room. NB! This place is a home accommodation and the place is not suitable for parties (not allowed BBQ parties).
