Guests have access to a sauna, a jacuzzi, table football & tennis, beach volley, a gas grill, a lakeside gazebo, a rowboat & etc. We welcome guests seeking a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature and those eager to actively engage in leisure. The estate grounds are enclosed, and in another house within the estate, the hosts, who have pets, reside permanently.

Villa MIST

Vila MIGLA is in a very small village, in the Labanoras forest, near the lake Aisetas (16 km long). Ideal for wild nature and sport lovers. I personally in summer swim long distances in Aisetas. In winter: when there are good conditions, lake Aisetas is perfect for long distance (20-30 km) free stile skiing. Forest is good for classic skiing. Summer is good for gathering berries and mushrooms. Car drive to Vilnius center: 1.5 hour, to Kaunas center 2.0 hour, to Moletai and Utena 0.5 hour.

Lake House

Kitas namelis - labai jaukus, rąstinis ir turi visus patogumus, todėl čia galima ne tik atostogauti, bet ir kuo puikiausiai dirbti kaip iš namų. "Brasslands" - a cozy and organic farmhouse built in the summer of 2024, located in the Molėtai district. The "Brass" farmhouse offers comfort and tranquility in a wonderful natural environment. Your retreat is located with a stunning view of the lake, which provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy peaceful moments and natural views. Nature walks, fishing, or just relaxing by the lake. You will find with us: boat, wifi internet, bbq grill, TV. We also have a sauna.

For a short escape with a family or a circle of close friends, this is an ideal place to guarantee privacy and a wonderful retreat – those who arrive will stay in a contemporary furnished spacious, log home with a separate entrance. Ten minutes walk from the heart of Anykščiai, this 33 sq.m. apartment rests in a quiet neighbourhood by the pine forest. Fully renovated in 2020, the south-facing studio is a cosy retreat for a couple. A pocket-sprung mattress and satin linen allow for a good nights rest, while the fully equipped kitchen and cooking essentials come in handy once you get up.
