Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddleboard and rowboat. Additional fee for using the hot tub.

Free parking is available in the apartment's yard. The store is 800 m away, the bus stop is 50 m away. Close to Jynkänvuori's outdoor area/forest (ski trails/jogging trails) and Lippumäki's sports area (e.g. indoor swimming pool, artificial ice rink, football field, gym and playgrounds and skate parks).

The terrace and balcony are in the direction of the courtyard. The apartment is on two levels and both floors have a toilet. In the upstairs bedroom you sleep in a double bed and in the upstairs living room there are two beds with a width of 80 cm. A travel cot is available for a small 0-2 year old. Traveling is made easier by a drying washing machine.
