This waterfront studio apartment occupies the entire 2nd floor (two floors above the ground floor) in an historic stone home on Kotor Bay in the charming village of Muo. Swimming/sunning is available out in front of the apartment, and Old Town Kotor (the part inside the Medieval walls) is about a 25-minute walk. All the apartments in the building have been recently remodeled and have many modern features -- air conditioning, at-grade tiled showers -- but retains a lot of the historic charm.

The way to the sea is only about 5 to 10 minutes by foot. Shopping facilities are nearby (by car 5 minutes), to Herceg Novi it is about 10 minutes. There is also a bus to the city.
