Art, antiques, original wooden floors, log burner, double glazing/curtains, modern hot shower, heated blankets, kitchenette, fast wifi, black out curtains. Outside has a covered patio, outdoor fire/furniture, fountain, native bush, farm, garden, beehives, friendly animals. Guests say WOW.

Sunset View Apartment

Ground floor unit close to the beach ( ,you need to be out side to see the sunset ) good down on the beach .. great for couples, familes ( baby cot,hi chair available ). Approx 6 ks south of town where there is a wide range of amenities . unit sleeps 1 to 4 people with a super king bed in 1 room. 2 single beds in 2nd . (bedrooms are interconnecting) small kitchen / living area. Bathroom , plus a storage room with a washing machine, drier .Off street under cover parking.Private entrance.

Bedford Hideaway is a unique 1963 SB3 Bedford Bus which has been transformed into a perfect getaway with all the amenities you would expect in a home. Located in a private rural bush setting only 5 minute drive from Greymouth CBD It includes kitchenette, tea & coffee facilities, microwave and a continental breakfast. Full sized shower and flushing toilet along with a queen sized bed, an electric blanket and plenty of extra bedding. Close to all your needs but still private & peaceful to relax!

Off The Beaten Track - The Country Cottage

Modern one bdrm, King Bed cottage in gold-mining Stafford. 10-minute drive from Hokitika, cafes and shops in the countryside. King-size bed & king single in one spacious bedroom, there is a separate lounge/diner/kitchen. High-Pressure Gas Shower. The carport contains a washer and drier with a clothesline nearby. Fast Starlink internet. Smart TV apps and Sky. Cell coverage is 1-2 bars, but activate wifi-calling on your cellphones for clear calls. Check in 2 - 9 pm (no later please)

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with filtered water in the room and a microwave for heating your pre cooked meals. On site parking and outdoor seating to enjoy our beautiful sunsets. There is a takeaway/dairy close by as well as Hotel/ Restaurants all just a short drive or cycle. Late checkout by arrangement only.

Relax in our 1 bedroom apartment with large open plan kitchen, dining & living area. Bedroom has a queen bed & also a single bed. Heat pump, gas powered hot water along with Sky TV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies and Wifi. Smart TV gives you access to online content as well as Netflix plus more. 50 inch Smart TV's in both the lounge and bedroom. 2 minute stroll to the Glowworm dell in one direction and the beach in the other direction. Easy, flat walk to town approx. 1.5km away. Private parking.

Replenishing Retreat

Soak your soul in this secluded sanctuary with outdoor bath Warm wood paneled studio cottage with lovely sea views. Sunsets can be spectacular. Hydrangea cottages offer a fabulous piece of paradise perched on a terrace with magnificent limestone formations and gardens, overlooking the sea and the coastline. Swim in the Punakaiki lagoon across the road, walk to Pancake rocks 450m and to nearby walks of Paparoa National Park. Gas BBQ for Hire - please book 24 hours before you arrive $40.

The Nest at Hurunui Jacks (outdoor bath & firepit)

So much more than a place to sleep - toast marshmallows around a private fire, take a bike on the West Coast Wilderness trail, kayak on our little lake! The Nest is a stand alone self contained unit with outdoor bath/shower, close to but separate from the main house. Set on 15 acres of private land, Hurunui Jacks has the Nest and a glamping tent nestled in beautiful West Coast native bush. A small private lake, historic water race & the Kaniere River are on your doorstep.

Riverstone House

Riverstone is situated on a semi rural lifestyle block on the banks of the Taramakau River, halfway between Greymouth and Hokitika, with a stunning view of the river and historic rail bridge. You would be the only guests staying on the property and will have your own private entrance, lounge/dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and outdoor area. We live in a completely separate and blocked off area of the house, and there are no shared spaces.

Sunset Cabin

Our "cool little" cabin is a very small, detached, cozy, private bedroom looking out towards the rugged Tasman Sea. You will enjoy your own private space, comfortable queen bed, beautiful sunsets, beach access, free parking and the convenience of a 3 min beach walk to Hokitika town centre. Bathroom facilities are detached from cabin and shared with the guests in our other cabin. Our place is perfect for couples and solo adventurers.

Great location! Sparkling clean, warm, light & airy. Self contained recent build with tasteful minimalist and comfy relaxed decor. Wifi and Apple TV included Beach is one house away. Glowworms are 2 minutes walk, town centre is in walking distance. Beds are comfy with electric blankets for winter warmth. Dining area opens to back deck.
