A 2-story old private house next to Don Quixote ♩ The theme of the facility is [Private Ryokan]. Very convenient location, 1-minute walk to Don Quixote! Of course, it is a private type, so you will not meet other guests ♩ There is parking space for one car in front of the entrance on the 1st floor of the building. It is an old house built 50 years ago, but the interior has been fully renovated, so everything is new! About 800 m (about 10 minutes on foot) to the downtown Shitadori Arcade, there are 5 bicycles that you can use freely (you can go there in 5 minutes by bicycle). There are many restaurants and amusement facilities around, so you can enjoy yourself in many ways. When families and groups stay, the tension rises and the conversation bounces, so I designed the interior with that in mind. ☆ BBQ terrace in the courtyard is completed! You can have a BBQ with just the ingredients ♩ (fully equipped with BBQ equipment)
