Our family of 3 (7 year old kid) stayed here for 2 nights in June for our Legoland trip. The place was clean and matches the photos and descriptions. Host was responsive and already informed beforehand that they would give you further instructions on the day of checkin, everything was smooth. Amenities available allowed us to have comfortable stay, with light cooking too. Slight drainage smell from the bathroom, but it was still fine with us. Distance wasn't too far from eateries and shopping places as long as you're driving. Good stay with affordable price

The apartment was clean and nicely maintained. All appliances and the air conditioning functioned perfectly. Shower gel, shampoo, and laundry detergent were provided, even though we didn't need to wash clothes—thoughtfully included. The QR code system for entry and re-entry was a bit cumbersome at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s manageable. Overall, it was a positive experience. Conveniently located to makan areas and Aeon mall.

Amazing place with amazing view to the new city of Johor Bahru. For small family within 3 or 4 people, this place is great and comfortable to stay for relaxing. Pool within the complex help in outdoor activity. Owner also show great hospitality. Really recommended to other!

Great place if you are looking for a cosy house in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to amenities such as KSL etc.

We are a group of 7 adults with two young children staying for 3 days and 2 nights. The interior of the house was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our group. Although the air conditioning wasn’t functioning at first, the host promptly arranged for a technician, and it was fixed within 2 hours, which we really appreciated. The garden was huge, and we rented a waterpool bouncing castle. it was so much fun, and everyone was satisfied with the stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! 🏡 The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The private KTV room was the highlight — we had so much fun singing together! 🎤 There’s also a Nintendo Switch, pool table, automatic mahjong table, and BBQ area — so plenty to keep everyone entertained. Every corner felt cozy and well-prepared. The host was helpful and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended for family trips or weekend getaways with friends. Definitely booking again next time! 🙌

Great, convenient location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked very well and and was a nice, cool relief from the warm weather. Shampoo and body soap was pleasant and lovely to use. The place was well equipped and the decor welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to future trips.

Had a fab stay at Kym’s place! 🧳✨ Super easy to find and just a stone’s throw from City Square Mall—perfect for food, shopping, or emergency bubble tea runs. 😄 Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the apartment had everything I needed, right down to the tiniest detail. Kym was a gem—quick to respond and gave instructions so clear even my GPS felt appreciated. 📍 Only one bummer: the sofa had seen better days (looked like someone forgot what a coaster—or common sense—was 🥲). So here’s a friendly note to fellow guests: let’s help keep the place lovely for everyone and treat it like our own home (except maybe cleaner). 💁🏻‍♀️✨ Would definitely book again—minus the mystery stains!

Good and responsive host, the unit is spacious, with new Aircons, clean and come with kitchen. the unit is right above haidilao, and next to popular shopping centres like city square, very convenient. Toilets show signs of wear and tear. overall a good stay.

Definitely a must for a short vacation with families. Near to woodlands checkpoint and you can see senoko island from above. Easy to travel as well and walkable from the immigration. Would come again for sure. Owners are all responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Jessie and Pang’s Homestay! The place was very clean, neat, and incredibly comfortable—just what we needed for a relaxing getaway.
