The house is located at an altitude of 625 metres on the south-western slope of Černá hora, 450 metres from the centre of Černý Důl and 750 metres from the ski resort. Adjoining the house is a fenced garden with seating, swings for the kids, a barbecue, a smokehouse and an outdoor firepit. The house is located in a quiet area on a slope above the village. There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a dedicated parking space in front of the house for two guest vehicles.

In moments when the weather is not conducive to your stay, you can use Playstation 5 PRO or Netflix not only for yourself but also for your children. There are two LED TVs in the apartment. You can also enjoy quality wines from our menu or fresh coffee from the coffee machine. We are "baby friendly" so you will find equipment for the little ones in the apartment. You can safely store skis and bicycles in the basement cubicle.

The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, bunk bed and en-suite bathroom in each of them. The house has a living room with a TV and fireplace, equiped kitchen and a dining table. There is also a garage and infrasauna. The house is great for family vacations. No parties please.
