Byt se nachází v nájemním domě v centru města Broumov. Součástí bytu o rozloze 50m² je ložnice, obývací pokoj, kuchyň s jídelnou, koupelna a vstupní předsíň. Byt je vhodný pro páry, skupinu přátel, rodinu s dětmi, ale i pro domácí mazlíčky (po předchozí domluvě 1 mazlíček, více mazlíčů pouze na žádost).
