It was inaugurated in July 2024. This 104 m2 3-room apartment opens onto a 31 m2 panoramic terrace overlooking the garden with a secure above-ground pool. The large 40 m2 living room has a lounge with TV and decoder and a large dining room. Fully-equipped modern separate kitchen. Each bedroom has 1 bathroom and 1 private terrace.

So just go through the gate to take advantage of this wonderful bay and bathe in water at more than 25 degrees.
