pleasant, friendly and helpful communication to the fore and during our presence. Warm welcome. The house has low rooms as it is older. So it's a little dark inside. But everything is stylish, functional and friendly and in dry weather it is wonderful to sit and be outside in the garden. Partly also covered seating. On the day of departure, since no subsequent rent, we were generously allowed to stay beyond 11 a.m., which was very convenient for us. Quiet in and around the house. Very idyllic with the beautiful garden. In 2 minutes walk to the lake. Seraina is a hearty host - helpful, generous, respectful and straightforward. I'm glad there are people and places like that! Loved it.

Very nice two-level apartment in a historic house. Nice view of Untersee directly opposite the back door. Very well equipped. Great location in the middle of Berlingen, which is small but has a couple of really nice restaurants, a good bakery and a quality butchers. Marco and Sara were fantastic friendly hosts, with great communication!

We had a wonderful time. Andreas is a great host, the house has everything we need and the location is amazing, very very close to the lake. There is a path to walk right close to the lake that is very good to walk with the dogs. Also wonderful the nature and animals such as cows, hedgehogs, cats, rabbits, country mouses and birds in the lake

I spent two weeks at the beautiful Kloster-Klause in April 2025 to write on a project. It was the perfect place for this: a nice quiet, yet central location, which also serves as a great base for walks. I quickly felt at home in the Kloster-Klause and especially enjoyed the outdoor area in front of the monastery garden. Communication with Stephanie was easy and impeccable!

A nice little studio with solid basic amenities. Parking right in front of the door. Completely sufficient for my stay of just under a month. Modern kitchen with oven and large refrigerator is available. The amenities are fine, a few more utensils (e.g. scissors, sieves) would not hurt. Plenty of storage space in the cabinets and enough space in the bed. Unfortunately, it was a little dark in the room, which is due to the fact that there is only one window and the ceiling light is not enough everywhere. In addition, the isolation from the outside and with the neighbors is not the best. Noises and heat or cold are not well prevented. That's the only two negative points. Overall, however, a pleasant stay that I can recommend

Irene is very welcoming to listen to her hosts, offered to visit several places nearby. The accommodation is very quietly located overlooking the really nice Rhine. a small corner of serenity. We would highly recommend.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The host was very friendly, helpful, and respectful throughout my visit. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of appliances, which was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Staying with Marie and Jürg was very relaxed. Marie welcomed us and also asked in between by messenger to see if everything was okay in this way. In the fridge we always found fine cheese, Grison meat, herbs, yogurt, butter, jam, milk and juice for breakfast. In addition, there was coffee (machine with pads), fresh breads, cereals and honey. The apartment is quietly located with a parking space in front of the door, very clean, well maintained, and practical. Very nice is the distant view, which you can enjoy in the conservatory from the dining table, an entire window front long. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back:)

Anne is a nice person with a gorgeous cat! I enjoyed spending time with both of them and I also had an interesting Functional Integration session with Anne. It is true that this place is away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It is very quiet here, the local town is a bit limited but it is only one train stop to Shauffhausen which is a lovely town and has lots of eating and sightseeing options. The highlight of the area is the famous Rhein Falls which are only a short walk from the house and are beautiful. You can even go swimming in the Rhein nearby (which I loved thanks to the recommendation by Anne). Also, the world's first self-driving bus trial is happening in the local town so that's an interesting and very unique thing to experience while you are here. Overall this was a very pleasant stay. The location directly on the tram is perfect and allows an easy path to the city center. The studio was very well maintained. We were completely satisfied

Have stayed at B&B many times and this time in Marco was the most satisfying👍 if coming to Rui is a 10 recommendation for Marco!! The living environment is clean and casual, and there is a lake nearby to take a leisurely walk and everything you need for a stay! In addition, Marco is a very nice person, although there was a jet lag at the time, but the response was 10 times faster, 10 points recommended to stay longer!Will be back when I get the chance! Lastly nice to meet you Marco!!!!🥰

Stein am Rhein is a beautiful tiny town from a fairy tale, surrounded by vineyards. Alen ‘s place is located very close to the town centre and is very clean and comfortable. When we. needed help with the sofa, Alen was there to assist us in less than a minute. A bottle of Prosecco we received as a welcome gift was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Alen’s apartment without any reserv,ations.

A very cosy place in a cosy village just outside Zurich - ideal to explore both the city and the marvels of the mountains. Railway station is just around the corner, as is the lake with a marvelous view. The house has absolutely everything a family might need. The garden is so nice to sit out and enjoy the view to the lake.

I am very satisfied with my experience here! I rented the apartment for my parents who were visiting for a long stay. My mother uses a walker and so she needs plenty of space to move from room to room. Ray's place was excellent for their needs! The layout of the apartment worked very well for them. The amenities were new and high-quality and the clothing washer was a plus. Ray was also very responsive and helpful. He helped them find some cookware and assisted with a problem they had with train tickets. My parents have come to Zurich several times and this is the highest quality home in terms of layout and amenities that they have experienced. Ray was also very responsive and helpful.
