The apartment is located on the third floor of the new building, literally 1 minute to the sea (maximum 100 meters). The building itself is located on a small hill, respectively, there is a small lift on the way from the beach to the house. The nearest restaurant and minimarket are 5-7 minutes' walk away.

Porto Montenegro is 800m away, main square 200m, beach 100m. Parking available. Smoking prohibited, only outside on balcony.

Studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has it's own kitchen, bathroom and balcony. From balcony you have view on Boka bay and Verige. In studio you have cable TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can also use terraces that are in 3 levels in front of the house. On terraces you can use dinning and coffee tables and outdoor shower.
