Holiday rentals with a patio in Kpone Katamanso

This was truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed—a true home away from home. The house exceeded all my expectations, looking even better in person than it does in the photos. Every detail of the decor was intentional and beautifully curated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Kofi was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my (many) questions, while Frank, the on-site caretaker, was an absolute gem. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, making our stay seamless. His kindness and dedication made our stay unforgettable. This place was exceptional. The only challenge was the location, which can be a bit tricky to find. For reference, use ‘Acres Hospital’ on Uber, Bolt, or Maps as your landmark—just take a left at the T-junction near it, and it’s the first yellow gate you see. If you’re on the fence about booking, take this as your sign and do it! You won’t regret it. I extended my holiday and made sure I stayed here.

Lovely host, great central location, safe and so so convenient. There’s a shop right opposite too for groceries and other bits. I love the spacious bathroom, clean kitchen and bedroom. Thanks Synah. My baby loved it and had enough room to play!

It’s a great place to stay and the locations is really good , there’s access to everything you might need and minimum traffic when leaving to any place.

From the moment we arrived, the reception was flawless, communication was top-notch, and everything we experienced matched the listing perfectly. I stayed with my brother, and we had a lovely time. The environment was spotless, serene, and exactly as pictured—no surprises, just comfort. Bernard was always responsive, proactive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This was a beautiful suite and in a nice, quiet area. My team(6) loved their rooms. We left a previous unfavorable location and was glad to have found this place, we extended 😀 There is a nice gate man ready to welcome us. The hosts Nurudeen and Muhammed was responsive and attentive to our needs. The location is central to shops and markets and local restaurants nearby. 15 minutes from most major roads. As a remote team, we enjoyed the complimentary wifi. No issues with water or wifi except when it rained, TV had streaming channels including local TV. There was a treadmill if you like to workout. We also enjoyed taking walks in the safe neighborhood. I personally enjoyed my room (master) well ventilated with AC and fan. Hot water was available including washing machine for laundry, the kitchen was fully equipped with necessities we needed for cooking We will be back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fully furnished home with comfort and safety. Thank you

First and foremost, the place is beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. The greenary made it even more special. I would wake up and enjoy a nice coffee outside. Also the caretaker Mr. Daniel was amazing, he made the experience 10x better. Took good care of us, provided all we needed and also accommodated us in so many ways, just wow. I will definitely come back. Thank you for making this such an amazing experience.

It was a very good space. Fantastic house and host. The house was well kept and organized. Large compound which is very good for a large group of persons. The caretaker was also very much available to tend to any of our needs. The location was quite far from the city Centre but we didn’t mind much about the commute, it was a good “excuse” to drive around and see the city Generally, we had a very lovely time.

Oh wow, I don’t even know where to start. So we lucked up on this Villa in such a short amount of time. Before booking this Villa, we were still trying to plan our excursions as well as finding aDriver. When we booked, the first thing we noticed was Portia was very responsive. I think we asked her one question about something and she let us know that she can coordinate all of our excursions and she could provide a driver. That was like music to our ears. So not only did we find somewhere to stay, but everything else we were stressing about was now being handled all by the same person. The process was also very easy because Portia is very detailed, very responsive and damn near an over communicator lol! When we arrived at the house, we pray that it looked like the pictures and it absolutely did. It was home away from home. And and let’s not talk about our driver John. John was the best thing that happened to us in Ghana, we have officially adopted him as our cousin lol!

I will certainly book this place again. The location is secured, peaceful and had all amenities that I would expect in a home. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home

Bernard’s home is fantastic! Clean, spacious, and luxurious! Great for family including kids. He makes you feel at home right from your 1st interaction with him on the app. His caretaker, Agnes is amazing. She does the most to make sure you are not missing home. Plus she’s always smiling and just a text away. I’ll recommend this home over and over again.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The host and manager were incredibly responsive, always quick to answer any questions and ensure everything was running smoothly. The communication was seamless, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. The security at the property was top-notch, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Seth's house has been set up nicely with the comfort of his guests in mind. It is very clean and he has thought of and tried to provide little extras like board games and exercise equipment which we appricated. He's a nice and responsive host and quickly got back to us with answers to any questions we had and helped us to resolve any issues that came up quickly! We will certainly recommend Bardu place to anyone and will stay there again the future if needed.

Eunice’s place was simply amazing. Beautiful home and well appointed rooms. Eunice was very responsive and very communicative. The check in process however could be more flexible and would have loved to be able to get in anytime, but it’s also understandable given the nature of the neighborhood. Had to wait for attendant to come back from town and lead me there. The location is also quite inconvenient as it is a newly developing neighborhood so getting there by yourself without the attendant is very challenging. Luckily it is listed on google maps so that really helps. Overall, it was a great experience and the little inconveniences is compensated with the price.

Mo's place is home sweet home, fully entertained living room, nice bedrooms with exclusive bathrooms and the kitchen is also perfect. Had standby Generator and water pump which make everything so easy, l will always recommend it to everyone and will be there myself l visiting Ghana.

Desmond is an amazing host! He is very proactive and cares deeply that his guests are comfortable and have the best experience in Ghana. It truly sets his Airbnb apart. The actual apartment is lovely. It’s very clean with consistent electricity, good internet, and a hot shower with good water pressure. If you’re looking for a memorable and comfortable experience in Ghana, I highly recommend his place!

We had a great stay at Joseph’s place. Any queries were responded with great timing. In a nice location with free secure parking. Also easy to find with Uber. Will definitely recommend the apartment.

Had another great stay, as always. If you’re looking for a central location that’s peaceful and quiet yet still close to the airport and away from the noise, then I highly recommend this property. It never disappoints.

I had a great stay at Babsie’s place. The apartment was cozy and had all the basics needed to feel at home. it was pristine, well stocked kitchen tools for those who like to cook and check-in was seamless. The building staff - from the security to reception to building maintenance and manager - are all very helpful and hospitable. Babsie was quick to respond to any issues with excellent communication and follow-through. I have stayed in many buildings around Accra and this by far had some of the best amenities - with a beautiful rooftop pool and gym, and views that make staying home just as luxurious as going out. The area is close to many restaurants and shops and Uber/Bolt comes quickly in the area to get to other attractions around town. I would highly recommend this unit for a single or couple staying in Accra.

Everything regarding location, host responsiveness and support, room layout was on point. Will definitely come back soon for another getaway.
