Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, in a unique style, with a ceiling height of 76 m2, large bourgeois apartment of 4m. There are several guarded parking lots around the property. The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

Green Apartment

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

We are waiting for everyone who loves to stay right in the heart of the city center. This cozy apartment is on the top of a 4 floor builing ( with elevator), has everything for those days what you spend here - like Nesspresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washingmachine wi-fi, etc. Every famous part of Pécs easily reachable from the apartment on feet. Freshly, stylishly renovated apartment halfway between the historic city center and the universities (BTK, ÁOK), 10 minutes walking distance from both parts of the city. The atmosphere of the apartment is unique, we tried to fit every little detail into it. Well-equipped, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer for the comfort of our guests.

Artsy studio apartment

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
