Harika bir ev ve bir o kadar iyi bir ev sahibi. Kadriye Hanım ve eşi o kadar iyi insanlar ki bize her konuda yardımcı oldular. Ev pırıl pırıldı. Şu ana kadar farklı ülkelerde 15'ten daha fazla ev kiraladım. En temizi Kadriye Hanım'ın eviydi. Çoğu 5 yıldızlı otelden daha iyi. Konum olarak da bir çok koy ve turistik yerin tam ortasında stratejik bir konumda. ev olanaklarina gelince de evde her imkan mevcut. Mutfakta lazım olan her şey mevcut. Temiz havle ve terlik bulunmakta. Her odada klima var. Ev çok yeni. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Verdiğiniz her bir kuruşa değer

We are just back from a family holiday in Dalyan and enjoyed an excellent stay at the villa with Engin as our host. The villa felt brand new and provided excellent facilities for the whole family, with the pool being a favourite with us all and particularly the kids! The only thing missing for us were some basic kitchen bits like dish clothes, tea towels and washing up liquid which you don’t want to have to buy for a weeks stay. The villa is centrally located in Dalyan so you are in the heart of a buzzing town, however the villa still manages to feel private (the sound proofing of the villa is very good). It’s location means that you are never more than a short walk (and often a lovely boat trip!) from your next adventure! It is a really beautiful part of Turkey with stunning scenery and plenty of day trips to be enjoyed. Engin was a very responsive host and generous with his time, going over and above on several occasions to ensure we had a great time. Highly recommended.

Prachtig huis en een supermooie omgeving. Alles is gelijkvloers dus handig voor mensen die wat slechter ter been zijn. Heerlijk groot zwembad met een handig gedeelte waar je in kan staan en zitten. Communicatie ter plekke met Ali was fijn. Ook een hele leuke boottocht gedaan (geregeld door Ali). Alles was in het huis aanwezig. 1 nadeel zijn de muggen. Is een algemeen probleem in Dalyan door de rivier. Overdag geen last maar ‘s avonds zijn er velen. Als je airco aanhoudt komen ze gelukkig niet binnen en in de avond muggen spray gebruiken als je naar buiten gaat. Ali had nog een fan voor buiten gebracht. Dat hielp ook en konden we rustig buiten eten. Al met al een top vakantie gehad.

İhtiyacınız olan her şey evde mevcuttu , geniş ve ferah bir villa. Özellikle aileler için çok konforlu olacağını söyleyebilirim.

Herşey süperdi , çok güzel dizayn edilmiş ve doğanın tadını alabileceğimiz bir ortam hazırlanmış. Tek sorunumuz evin ıssız bi yerde olmasıydı onun harcinde harika bir deneyimdi

Ortam mükemmeldi havuzu gece aydınlatmaları salıncak ve bahçesi çok hoşumuza gitti. Konum olarak bir köyün içinde araçla düzgün bir yoldan akyakaya 20 dk mesafede. Gill ve eşi Mark çok güler yüzlü ve misafirperverlerdi 😊

Very comfy beds, and sunbeds, 15 mins walk to the centre, we enjoyed the views, loved the pool, and it had what we needed. Gets the sun all day ☀️

Villa Ada was amazing. Great location about 15 mins walk to town. Everything you needed in the house. Shower was hot and powerful. Kitchen had everything you needed. Fly/mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Pool area was spacious with lots of chairs, tables and loungers. Plenty of wardrobe space, fresh towels and beach towels. Dilay was helpful and always replied to our enquiries. We would definitely come back !

Aydın bey bizleri hoş bir şekilde karşıladı, girişte hiç bir sorun yaşamadık, ev temiz ve düzenliydi, mutfak gereçleri eksiksiz ve temiz vaziyette idi, sadece İnternet olmayışı biraz sıkıntı onu da çözerler diye umuyorum. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Ruth’s house is great! We have spent really wonderful time there. House is spacious and clean. And the garden with swimming pool was just perfect. A lot of trees, flowers plus many options to spend time. You can sit by one of the tables at the porch or rest at the hammock or by the pool. We love Dalyan, because of the İztuzu Beach, Dalyan River boat tours, Kavnos ruins and the nature around, so we come here often, but İ believe this was the best house we have stayed in Dalyan so far. İt has everything what we need to really rest during vacation. Plus AC was working well which is really a must in the summer in Dalyan. Thank you Ruth!

Great stay with husband and our 2 young children at Mert’s place. The place is very big and has a beautiful pool and garden area. Easily walkable into the main town (approx 10mins) where there are a host of restaurants along the beautiful river, shops and nice cafes and bars. Very useful that they own the hotel opposite and the manager there was really friendly and helpful with local recommendations and helping us with any queries. Mert was a fantastic host - very responsive, friendly and flexible. We had a later flight back to the UK and he organised a room for us at another hotel as he wasn’t able to give late checkout due to other guests. Would definitely recommend!

The villa was exactly as described in the pictures—truly amazing! We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids, and we felt completely at home. The villa spans three floors and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate our family. The pool was a big plus, and the villa is nestled among beautiful olive trees with stunning mountain views. It was easy to find and just a 10-minute drive from downtown Köyceğiz. Iraz was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I would give this place a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be coming back!
