Mikiura Guesthouse 三木浦ゲストハウス

Reservation start from 2 person / 2 nights minimum. We only take one reservation everyday so house is yours to use privately.We have no meal service since corona pandemic 2020. Guesthouse is a typical old Japanese house, not like a resort Hotel or Ryokan for business. Mikiura village is surrounded by the clear blue sea and natural green mountains, and located close to the World Heritage of "Kumano Kodo" You'll enjoy real Japan such as rural life experience, quiet time and beautiful nature.

西村邸 NISHIMURA-TEI Hanare ― 築100年の古民家一棟貸しキッチン&ダイニング

西村邸は、奈良町の一画に100年以上たたずむ、昔ながらの奈良町屋です。 ここは、ぼくが子どもの頃、長い時間を過ごした「おばあちゃんち」でした。 奈良町には、ずっと変わらない心地よい鄙(ひな)びがあります。 「これからの世代に、少しでもこの心地よい鄙(ひな)びにふれて欲しい。」 そんな想いで、空き家になっていた西村邸を、手入れしました。 - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Nestled deep in the mountains of the Kumano region, Doratei—“Residence with a Gong”—offers peace, quiet, and a retreat into nature. Set by the crystal-clear Hidakagawa River at the foothills of Mt. Nenjudake, the only sounds you’ll hear are birdsong and flowing water. Ideally located in the heart of the Kii Peninsula, it’s the perfect base for exploring by car, with Mt. Koya, Shirahama, and the UNESCO-listed Kumano Hongu Taisha and Nachi Falls just over an hour away.

After 10 years of welcoming travellers from around the world, I wanted a new challenge and created SANRO, a beautiful little hideaway for your stay. With years of experience welcoming and providing tours for travellers, you don't even need to do advanced research about Koyasan. Our house is traditional Japanese style house. 150 years old and in a very quiet location. We are renting house. Not shared with other guests. There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast. There are air conditioners in bedroom and livingroom.
