The apartment is clean and well furnished, with convenient transportation. Hosts are extremely helpful and responsive to questions and requests. Excellent experience.

房間極棒，應有盡有，床很好睡。地理位置佳，尖沙咀站出來馬上就到，雖然大廈動線有點複雜，但房東給了十分詳細的路線圖，完全沒有迷路輕鬆找到房間位置。周圍很多餐廳，隔壁就有7-11及藥妝店，珍妮小熊也在同一棟樓，採購便利。詢問房東問題都能很快得到回覆，是一次非常完美的住宿體驗！

Kitty's place was perfect for my family of 7. We each have a comfortable bed to sleep in and the place was clean, too. Kitty was also very responsive to my questions. She assisted me in my every query.

Very nice place - and surprisingly large compared to most HK apartments - in a great location, right next to the TST station. Took a minute to find the elevators to head up to the apartment, but if you look around the market on the ground floor of Mirador Mansion you’ll find it. Lyna was very proactive and communicative, with very helpful instructions. Would definitely stay again!

Gute Lage. 15 Minuten zu Fuß von West Kowloon Railway Station. Gut erreichbar zum U Bahnstation. Nette Kommunikation. Der Teppich war nicht sehr sauber aber die Preisleistung im Verhältnis von Hongkong ist sehr gut.

性价比超高，距离地铁站位置优越。房东姐姐人很好，沟通回复及时。房间 生活用品配备很齐全，有家的温馨感。下次再来香港还会选择这里，很满意！

强烈推荐！真的由衷强烈推荐！我是一口气准备住一周的。那个窗外的景色真的无话可说，而且家里一应俱全。离地铁口也就3分钟路程，去哪都非常方便。房东人也好的无话可说。来香港想住民宿的一定要选这家，性价比和环境卫生等真的无可挑剔！

Great spot, and was exactly what I expected from the photos. The bed is firm and super comfortable, towels and linens were fresh but not overly scented. There were a few nights where I could hear neighbours chatting but they always went quiet by bedtime. The room is small, I’m quite tall and had a lot of work gear with me so space took a bit of time to sort out, but Melinda has set up the main wall with a peg board, hangers and moveable shelves which allowed me to organize my stuff. Shower/bathroom very clean, water temperature good and responsive. Nice lighting, air conditioner works great, location was perfect. It felt cozy to be among people who actually live there, not just other tourists. Having that little kitchenette was so handy, and I loved watching pigeons from the window. Would stay there again :)

Lisa is very responsive and is very sweet. She also gave us detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport which was very helpful as our arrival from the airport was very late. The rooms are very clean as well. The place is also very convenient as the MTR station was just right there and is very close.

The place is easy to locate. Just nearest Jordan Station and near the Airport bus station. The building where the unit is located is currently renovating. So you will hear a constructions going on. We just heard them on our last day. But when you enter the place is beautiful and spacious same with the pictures posted, all the amenities and everything were well thought out, just what guest were looking for. Around the building there are so much restaurants and authentic resto you can choose. I highly recommend this place 😎

Die Unterkunft ist in bester Lage. Man kann auf Grund, dass die Metro gleich um die Ecke ist alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und unkompliziert erreichen. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber ausreichend. Nick ist ein toller Gastgeber. Trotz des Check out um 11:00 Uhr, konnten wir nach Rücksprache mit Nick unser großes Gepäck im Zimmer belassen.

Travelled as family and the space was good enough for us. Ann is extremely responsive😁 it's like she is always on her emails/chats. Her quick responses were very helpful whenever I needed help or clarifications. The only drawback is that there is no Wifi in the house but she had indicated I could get a local simcard and load some internet bundles. Overall....it was 5 good days for 4 of us at Ann's place!

Dimas' apartment has been wonderful for our duration of stay. Sharelle, Dimas' helper, had been very accommodating. On the day of arrival we arrived late, around 9pm, and she waited for us in the foyer and gave us the card key as well as showed us around the apartment. We could not thank her enough for giving her time and replies as soon as possible to anything we needed within the hour of sending text messages. The place is beautiful, clean, bright, and quiet on a high floor. As the pictures suggest, it looks out to a fascinating view of the harbour. Every evening, we would turn off the light to admire the sparkling skyline reflecting off the waters of the harbour. The bus station and taxi station are right at the building, and the Hong Hom subway station is a mere 10 minute easy walk away. One of the best things is that the A21 bus, which goes between the Airport and Hong Hom station, has the end station at Hong Hom. That guarantees that you get the best seats and luggage space.

Very helpful host. Place gives the right apartment vibe you want to have during a holiday. Is located near the tram in a nice neighbourhood. Finding the entrance might need some help, which we got as someone picked us up and let us into the apartment upon check-in

Mei est une hôte très réactive, merci à elle. Le logement correspondait aux photos mais est un peu plus petit qu’on peut s’imaginait, cependant si vous êtes un voyageur qui ne l’utilise que pour dormir, c’est amplement suffisant. Aussi le logement été très propre. Plusieurs activités sont accessibles à pied ou en transport. Et puis quand on voit les prix des logements sur HK on ne peux que être satisfait du rapport qualité-prix. Bref, je recommande si vous passez sur HK !

Die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Lage. Alles war einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hat mir bei allem geholfen und mir alle Sorgen genommen. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft aufjedenfall!

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

十分推荐的住所，是我会再次选择和推荐给他人的地方。 这个地方离香港大学不远，适合想去香港大学参观的人，地铁站需要走一段，但也不远，不过附近公交站和电车站很多，出行也很方便。 房东会为你准备一个入住指南PPT，有一种被认真对待的感觉，PPT里会为你讲述家里设备使用方法，周边美食推荐以及一些入住要求，简单明了，直接上手。 我觉得最吸引我的就是有种家的感觉吧，从大小到布局和家具选择，像是我在香港这里要打拼一阵子会选择的短期住宿，虽然我只是五一来玩几天的，而且实际入住和图片基本符合一致。 房东也很有礼貌，很好说话，不过由于来的时候属于是香港的工作日，回复不是很及时，和我其他住的地方也有类似到情况，但是已经算回复很快的房东了，如果有急事建议早点与房东沟通。 配备的洗衣机，空调，马桶及淋浴设备都蛮好用的，甚至还有块小显示屏可以使用。唯一不太好的地方就是那个饮水机吧，来的第一晚就发现出故障了，热水冷水都取不了，不过房东有提供另外的热水壶可以使用，虽然我还是更喜欢直接喝冷水。

Great value for money in Hong Kong Island! The flat is well furnished, clean and modern. For Hong Kong standards the size is good, even if it might feel a bit small if you're 4 people. The terrace was super nice and the (very necessary) AC worked well. Q was always very communicative, responsive and accommodating. You can reach some of the main touristic points of Hong Kong in very little time but the neighborhood is relatively quiet. Keep in mind it's a flat in a big building and on the first floor, so you might hear the neighbours and some traffic if you're a light sleeper. The sofa bed was a bit hard but the rest of beds were fine. Overall a great option, would recommend!

这套公寓其实是短租的新天地酒店，卫生间和房间都有窗户，面积够大，20多平米，进入酒店大堂需要提着行李走一段楼梯，可以找前台帮忙，热水很大很舒服，有小冰箱，冷冻冷藏都有，很安静，晚上没啥噪音，交通去哪里都很方便，如果从机场过来，A21一部车即可，不用倒腾地铁

The location was great at this airbnb and was very close to Sai Ping Yun Mtr station. The apartment had an amazing view of the Hong Kong sky line and harbour. There were lots of shops and places to eat close by or just a short Mtr ride away. This apartment suited our families needs for our visit to Hong Kong. Hubby enjoyed making use of the gym but unfortunatley the pool was closed as it was winter. The kitchen now has a microwave and oven for any future guests. The hosts were very helpful with any queries we had.

Very good location and a great HK-like studio. I enjoyed staying here with my 9 month old baby. It was easy to access with a baby stroller from MTR exit and elevator was quick to arrive to the 24th floor. The view was amazing to look other towers. Many shelves were available to store stuffs. The kitchen equippement was rich, small earthenware pots were useful for preparing baby meal. I liked how the bed was installed but tall people might not fit in. The windows are easy to open so it might be dengerous for the children of more than 1 year old. I'm ok with the insects but I found many of them including a lizard. A part of these, I strongly reccomend the place and would love to come back. Thank you!
