Fantastic host and place!

Had a very pleasant stay and the place was quite accessible to everywhere.

The that stood out was the super thick mattresses (queen & single) which to me is most comfy as I've backaches. And garbage bags were easily replaceable.

I had a wonderful stay at Maurice’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Maurice was a responsive and helpful host, making check-in and communication easy throughout the stay. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with easy access to local shops and attractions. we were given an early check in and very helpful because we arrived early in kuching , the response was very fast and very friendly. We are very happy to stay at the Apartment this time and will come back again if we go to kuching

Excellent host located near. Speaks English. We needed detergent and Mr. Ho happily brought us some. Beds and bath was clean. Floor was clean and no bugs or rubbish. A bit of mildew on AC and well as at back of faucets. a A little paint on the walls needed. Two beds were so firm it was like sleeping on the floor but two other beds were softer. I would stay here again. Thank you!

The place was great. The host prepared everything we needed. It was super clean with no weird smell and the WiFi was fast. The host was friendly and helpful. Everything was just perfect. I highly recommend booking this place and I’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future

Comfortable, spacious, suitable for big family

Cyril's place is amazing. We stayed for several days in July. Cyril is very helpful with local hints and advice. He goes above and beyond the role of host we went for dinner to a local smokehouse one evening so that I could try lots of local food. The location is a bit out of town but that's really not a problem it's 11-12RM in a grab to the centre and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a car. The pool is great to come back to on a hot afternoon and the shower was great. It is an unusual place, if you have an open heart and want to engage beyond a bland hotel room in a faceless block then Cyril's place is a gem.

Overall check-in felt good and the host was very friendly. It's just that the toilet lights have some dark suggestions. You can add some basic equipment. Iron.😂 Personally, I think hygiene can be strengthened. There's a bit of a spider's basin in the toilet. Overall, I'm still satisfied. Thank you

We had a very comfortable one-night stay — the place felt homely and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The decor is tasteful and thoughtfully done, giving it a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent — very central and convenient, with a short cab ride away to both Kuching airport and the Waterfront. It’s a great option for families, and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a short or even extended stay in the area.. 5/5 .
